People that ignore your assists and only look at K/D ratio.

Im sorry but when someone is 0-2 with 20 assists they are doing perfectly fine. Get over yourself. Assists count as half a kill, so technically they are 10-2

LoL does have an invite option, you just have to click the right button when joining a match.
