I don't take Assault seriously, mainly because I don't like it.

Arena is iffy, I got more serious about it, but then again I am less serious in Arena than I would ever be in playing Conquest

Other than the MotDs, I can take any game mode serious to some extent.

I play any game mode to have fun and hopefully win, but I won't rage or complain to anyone in any game mode. Sometimes a person is just not very good with their role/character, sometimes they're going against someone who is better than them, or sometime they're just having a bad game. So as long as they're trying, that's all that can be asked of them.

That's not to say I don't get frustrated with teammates because I definitely do, but I won't directly rage at them or anything. I see no point in doing that. Though, the only time I do get frustrated with teammates is if they're not playing at least somewhat smart (ie: Constantly running into a group of enemies and getting killed).

So, in short, other than MotDs, I take every game mode serious to the point where I want to try and win, but not serious enough to where I'm going to rage at teammates because they're not doing very good.

Where's the 'casual' option?

However, assault is definitely not a match to be serious about, period. There are a lot of factors involved that can affect the outcome of a match, mostly random.

Total Diamonds: 9 (Latest: Ymir, Cabrakan, Bellona)
Favorite Gods: Ah Muzen Cab, Bastet, Loki
Favorite Roles: Carry, Assassin
Least Favorite Roles: Tank

Arena is complicated. Solo queue...maybe...But if you're trying to just **** around with your friends and try to five man Mage Rage then it's a bit upsetting when the entire enemy teams just goes to **** you up.

But seriousness on Assault is a big nono. If you wanna merc the team every now and then then go ahead, but don't rage when you get agro'd hardcore.
