60 euros? Besides the beta god pack, did you really spend that much money on freaking skins?

1. I didn't buy the god pack

2. I had a skin for every charackter except for Ra, Anubis and Bacchus I think.

You can also complain on the smitegame channel and/or pm hirezgavin directly on twitch.
If you are lucky and annoy them long enough they might make someone actually look into your problem.
Either way I think it will take a lot of effort from your side.

This lack of customer support I find appalling and makes me question playing this game. Why should I be trying to find bugs and make posts about them if they are not willing to help us?

Thats what I expected.
It seems like they gave us some cool new cosmetic features and a clan thing, but all of those good things are just cosmetic.
More op gods. Less fun.

Yes Animus made a good point the only good thing that came out of this patch was a nerf to Xbala but even that was done quite poorly :/

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
