You know. There is no MOBA (Or any competitive game for that matter) that isn't known for its "Friendly" community.

I've heard stories of people giving the game to the enemy because of DCs and more like that. But that RARELY happens nowadays. Why? Because we love to win.

But think about it. Most gamers are alright people. They do their deeds, some can make great friends and they have respect to all kinds of cultures and people. But in games. They don't think "Oh hey. I'm playing against other people!" What they're thinking is "Well. Time to go into a match. Hope no ******* comes into my game and ruins my fun" or anything like that.

To tell you the truth. I'm like the 2nd guy. Most of us are I'm sure. You rarely see someone type "Hey lets go easy on them. They're one man down." And if you do no one replies or even cares. Why? Because they're the 2nd guy.

I bet if your playing with strangers in an internet cafe you'll be friendly with them. Especially if they let you join in with them. But if your playing with strangers on the net you'll be like "Why should I care? I don't see or know them so it's not like they exist to me"

We are all people. With feelings. If you're talking to a stranger for the first time. You show respect. But if your playing with them on the net. You wont care.

(I don't know. I just feel like most players care to much about themselves. Just winning, winning and winning. Without thinking how the other team feels. That's just too close minded.)

^ I agree with this, they think winning is everything... -_-

Sometimes loses teaches you something to learn...

It's pretty much like driving. Most people tend to be nice individuals until they get in a car, or in an online game in this case. People tend not to feel the need to keep up that kindness if they're not face to face with someone.

Granted, I don't think intentionally losing is the only way to show kindness to the other team who lost a player, but I suppose it's something. A simple "good game (or gg), sorry for dc or lost player" or something like that is good enough.

We didn't come to lose... We came to win. I hope they did too.

If you are losing badly, then surrender... You can't expect to play a PvP game or actual sport in life and expect for the enemy to take it easy on you. They aren't your friends. Plus, playing against people who are way better than you makes you better. Playing against people who give you the game makes you worse and gives you false confidence.

I agree with danny's comment. but the most wrongly part is the part of how people handle with their team when THEY screw up THEY say it's your fault even if your on the other side of the map.

I recall arguing with you about this. Are you on my side now, kinda?

PD: Ah, no. I didn't argue with you. Here's the post.

As a newer player to this game, it really is something I have noticed. There have been several games where I am the cause for a poor match, I think we all have done it at some point. Generally, I learn something out of it and my gameplay improves after the game. I find it completely understandable that people get upset at you when it is your fault, but people seem to forget that they were there before too. But telling people to jump off a cliff really does not help with the longevity of the game. I really don't care of it's my fault, because I know where I goofed up and I'll do my best to change that, but I put my foot down when people start raging at my teammates.

Even my bro just told me that he won't touch the game anymore because he is tired of ruining everyone's day apparently. The guy has played like 10 matches. If enough people decide that, then it really hurts all of us in the long run.

I do love assault matches where everyone jumps around before the game starts though. Dance and wave parties ftw!

Everyone has been there, and even the best of us have bad games. Not saying I'm that great because I tend to have at least one bad game every session I play, but everyone gets those games where they just don't perform as well as they usually do.

It can be disheartening when people harass you rather than help you in these situations, but it gets to the point where you have to learn it's best to ignore the person. It's what I do, and it works out fine. The only people you should be giving any attention to are those who are actually willing to help you/give you advice. Sadly, those types of people are usually in the minority of what you'll find of the people who will actually say something.

I don't care, I lose so much I'm going to take every single win I can. Yes, gaming should be nicer, but I'm always going to go for the win.
