Finally i have time to write this thing

WELCOME



Whether you are new to this site or you are an editor, veteran, moderator or even admin, I welcome YOU to this thread.

So, as the title say you know what I mean. This is a competition for everyone to make their BEST GUIDE EVER. Whether you already make a guide or haven't and you can or can't make a guide, just try it. It's free for sure. More information about the Conditions and Rules are posted below

Judging



So how do I score? The most important one is what is inside the guide. Sure, you can make the guide good looking or not, but it won't affect the score so much (unless the description of the achievement said so). What i really want is the INSIDE of it, the INFORMATION.

I'll have 3 judges for now (it's all me actually) :

Razemage : Just the normal good SMITE player
Iloveneith : The all about META guy. Convince him please
GWSforever : The very new SMITE player that don't even know how to auto attack (okay Dark Jaw, you got me, i was the one that gave you the gems)

I'm not sure about adding other real judges, but we'll see in time.


Rules and Conditions

1. You must have a SMITE account
2. You must have a SMITEfire account
3. You must keep the guide updated at least until the last patch of 2014
4. You can enter more than 1 guides, but if you win more than 1 achievement, you'll only get one with the higher prize/score
5. You must be eligible to earn prizes (i'm not sure what this rule means0
7. You must submit the link of the guide to [email protected] to be entered, otherwise, you aren't (please notify me if your guide is not entered, list of participants will be written on another thread). Please also enter you SMITEfire account name.
8. Don't make drama. If you are criticizing other's people guide or being criticized, make the conversation constructive. Otherwise, i can get you out of the list.
9. Just behave please
10. To enter the contest, you must enter a "full guide", reaching 5000 characters.
11. The last date to enter the submission is the 7th January 2015
12. Guides can be God or General type.
13. Winners will be contacted from your SMITEfire PM and have 7 days to respond and give your IGN.


Prizes



So, what is the actual prizes? There will be more than one winner with many categories. The total prizes is at least $111 US dollar. So get your gear up and write those guides.

Best guide in any gods scored by judges, both in information and design and builds.

The highest rated guide in SMITEfire voted by voters
Prize : $15 gems

The Beauty
Guide with the most amazing looks, using great BB coding and pictures and good uses of words
Prize : $15 gems

Have not done yet, it's almost midnight here so ill wait for 2 days, to see how everyone reacts and ask native english people how my format is, afyer that i'll post it there. I also forgot sdditional informations, too tired (last date of submitting, etc)

Athena that's my only shot... But i'm pretty busy at the moment yet. But when i'm done with this stuff i'm doing i'll make sure i'll write the guide, otherwise i'll pass.

This looks great, but I don't think I stand a chance with my Arena guides since most of you play Conquest.

For anyone, just write a guide. How bad your guide is doesn't matter, if you make a guide, you will always have a chance to win at least $8 gems.

Oh yeah, forgot, to add, to be able to be a viable submission, you need to folow the rule of the guide in smitefire (more than some hundreds of words).

Yes Firraria, you can submit made guides, but i reccomend you not because the vote becomes older and you also need to update it for the final patch of 2014

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
