roots are kapuut.

roots are the only cc that is immume to cc immumity with the one exeption of beads.

but if i get rooted and pop my anhur ult to get out and kill the freaking neith but i don't get to move EVENTHOUGH i am cc immume it make's me want to rip my eye's out of my socked's every ****ing time it happens.

if i zhong ult to get out of an art trap after her boar i expect to not become a pincoosion becuase i got a giant still standing target in the form of a nipple ring on my chest EVENTHOUGH IM CC IMMUME.

they need to fix that because every other cc is not immume to cc immumenty. it's kind of the point of cc immumety.

From my understanding, it's because you haven't lost control of character, but CC immunity only affects future applications. As in, if you WERE able to activate something during a stun, it wouldn't cancel the stun, only prevent future CC. That's why using ults during roots activates them, but doesn't remove it.

That's what I had assumed, at least. I'd rather take a root I can ult in than a stun, where I watch myself get hammered.

with stun's and silence's that make's sence but not with roots because it only remove's you move option's but not your attack option's so if i get a form of active cc immumety i think it should remove roots.

ult cc immumety remove's cripple so i could leap out of stuff if i wanted to and the ult it's self doesn't silence me and i have a leap/dash.

I just have to point this out.. it's "immunity", not "immumety". Also, I have never seen so many misused apostrophes ._.

I've never had problems with roots except if I get hit by them before I use CC immunity, there's just a slight delay before it releases you.

I'd wager he intentionally misspells things to annoy the hell out of people who love languages, like me. I'm onto you, All4Games!

Anyhow, roots seem to be very similar to knock-ups; if you are immune to CC before their application, then you will not be affected, but if you don't gain immunity to CC until after they have been applied, then you will suffer the full duration. I dislike it, but rooting isn't the only CC that does this.
