Bellona's Icon


Aphrodite is getting new ability icons. Mercury is getting a new "Boxer" skin. Janus is getting a gem skin. To listen to all the VP's (Janus skin, Boxer, Bellona), go to the original source - smitedatamining.com.

Medusa was also found in some files. She's likely to be the next goddess after Bellona.

Well, some gods/skins have taunts directed to medusa but this is the first time they found files for her gameplay. And usually when that happens, that's the next god.

Also medusa hype is pretty real on the subreddit

Medusa hype has been around for a while, but I know you mean since there seems to be more information about the possibilities of her actually coming to the game.

Honestly, I never understood the hype. Sure, she's a a very well known-character in mythology, but there are so many more interesting characters out there. I just never understood why people are so hyped to get Medusa in-game.

I always find it amusing that Hi-Rez always 'hints' about things like that.

It's always like that one teacher who is like "And for whatever reason, I would make sure you study reaaal hard tonight." and then the next day they give a "pop quiz".

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
