Right when we saw the patch notes, even before he came out, we knew it'll be OP. He is just OP in general. Boring, but OP. He has ridiculous wave clear, his 1 in both stances is an insanely fast skill shot, he has the most annoying and broken poke in the game (which, BTW, has its range broken - you can get hit outside of its radius). He has an extremely quick jump, 4 steroids, 2 of them are passive and active all the time according to his stance... He simply has everything.

Without his stun, he wouldn't be nearly as dangerous. But you're right, he has everything.

But I'll have to disagree on broken. Overpowered, yes, but broken...no. Thanatos is broken. Zeus is broken. To me, Ullr is only overpowered.

I didn't say he is broken, his 3 is. The radius on it, at least from what I've experienced, is larger than the indicator. And the range itself seems a bit too much as well.

The stun is too long, 1.5 would be more than enough.

The casttimes need a bit more delay (nearly instastun etc).

The range of his Arrow-3 is FAR to wide.

That 3 points would make him more balanced. Maybe adjust the acive steroids.

He's op, yes (Here I go defending him) Yet he's squishy like other carries, so if the whole team pretty much rushes him, there you go, no more Ullr. His stun could be reduced by .2 or .3 seconds I do agree, the targeter of his 3 could be reduced. But his jump is fine, I mean neith has a jump. In arrow stance, he has the attack buff, similar to Art yet her's is attack speed, and I actually use his axe stance 2 more than the arrow one, its useful to me. For his bladed arrow, I do believe a cast delay could be put in. But seriously he can be taken down quite easily also another weakness is his mana hunger, he's like other carries with just a bit more. Now the real question.... Nemesis in my opinion sheesh.

Much like you've mentioned, he's as squishy as all other carries. Just because if you mega focus someone you can insta-kill them doesn't necessarily mean that they aren't OP. It's like saying that all you need to do is CC the god and they're dead, because that particular god is weak to CC. But, who isn't weak to CC? Tyr? He can also be CC-chained easily... Thanatos is easily taken down if you focus him or CC him, but we all know he is OP. Zeus is especially weak if you CC/focus him, and he is OP...
