I get good matches once in a while, but most of the time I can't hit 30% of my non-area attacks because everything's skipping between 0.1-0.8 seconds. Sometimes, my keys respond about a second after I press them, or random keys become unresponsive. Sometimes, I DC, and am unable to reconnect for a few minutes. I gave up on playing ranked after a while.

It gets really frustrating and I'm wondering if anyone knows why it's like this, or if I can do anything about it.

I live in southern California. It's not like this with LoL, which is why I think it's the lack of West Coast servers that is the problem. Thoughts?

I'm in the southeast and even though I don't have a particularly fast connection I don't really have problems with lag, so you may be onto something.

Lately I've noticed some lag issues as well.

Its weird because now that everything has been sorted out from the issues I used to have the game ran pretty much perfectly, yet suddenly lag is happening again.

Also I live in Texas if that means anything.

I never even lagg, my game just all and all freezes for a slip second.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions.
