Upon activation, this item grants a stack of a random buff from a list. This stack lasts for 10 seconds. The item has a cooldown of 60/45/30 seconds.

"1": Your next basic attack hit deals a 20/30/50% slow.

"2": Your next damaging ability gains 20/33/50% defense penetration.

"3": The next ability used after gaining this stack has it's cooldown lowered by 20/30/50%.

"4": Your next basic attack hit deals 30/50/90 true damage.

"5": The cooldown on this active item doubles.

"6": You gain 8/12/20% movement speed.

Ok, this kind of chance works. In fact, I actually like this type of chance. Why? Because you will always get some kind of benefit from this item. Depending on what you get, you must change how you approach things and it'll always keep you on your toes.

Just a question however. Please explain what you mean by 'The cooldown of this item doubles'. I mean, does it do nothing and have a cooldown that is twice as long? Does it permanently increase the cooldown of the item?

If it does anything negative, then I'd definitely suggest you remove this.

My guess is that it does nothing, and doubles the current cooldown on the item, but only once. Also, this is a chance item. It would honestly be too OP - "I wonder why I got a random slow on me?" or "How'd he deal that much damage with one hit?" - and it needs a way to screw you over when you really need it. Come on, that's what luck items do... screw you over or screw your opponent over.

I like it.

I like it.


But the thing is, when is lady luck slapping you in the face ever a fun and enjoyable scenario to be in? The thing is, if this item has a 1 in 6 chance of screwing me over, I'd rather just buy a more reliable damaging item in the form of Girdle of Might/Power.

I do feel that the penetration and slow are too much, lower them a bit.

Eh, I've never been someone who enjoys randomness. Before you say that I wouldn't need to purchase it, remember that I would still need to counter it. There's a lot of different variables that I'll need to be ready to counter than if it were an item that did something specific. For instance, if creeping curse could apply either a:

1. Slow
2. Cripple
3. Healing Debuff

Then it would be harder to really counter than if it always did two of those, rather than randomly did one.
