Effect: For 6 seconds, all CC lasts a maximum of 0.5 seconds. Cooldown: 90 seconds.

Seems OP? Well, continuous effects like Fear No Evil or Ares' Shackles will still affect you. It won't stop you from being launched into the air by Sobek, or being pulled by Arachne.

I thought that chain stuns really were annoying and had no counter so far, so I thought up this item.

Yeah it's very good :) Sometimes when the enemy has an annoying comp with so much stuns.. -.- it would work nicely :D

I think you should be able to, but e current CC on you stays the same and only ones after it go to .5 seconds.
