Cost: 700/1600/2500

+5/10/15% Crit Chance
+10/15/20% attack speed

Passive: On a successful crit, deal 3.5% of the target god's HP as true damage.

If you build this with Deathbringer, crits go up to 35% only. If you use it with Rage, you still get only 45%. Build it with DB and Rage, you lose some important items, and get wasted crit chance.

This is better than Qin's blade, which would make Qin's blade unviable-er, so I mean unless you mean to buff it. And this item I still don't think is good because you don't get any damage out of it.

15%+20%(DB)=35%
15%+30%(rage)=45%
15%+30%+20%=65%=wasted 15% crit chance.

Maximus, I think that not all physical carries go for a crit build, and so I think that some would still use the qin's blades. Off the top of my head, the physical gods who use basics, could benefit from Qin's blades and not use crits, are: Bakasura, Odin, Hercules, Fenrir, Thor, Vamana, and that's it.

Reason? They would most likely build things other than crits, like protections or lifesteal, and may simply not have the room for buying crit items, since you need multiple crit items to be effective.
