Heh, I was thinking about his ULT.
Because Prometheus GAVE mankind fire. You could represent that in your ULT.
A bit like that of Athena. That you select (a friend or lane minion), they start glowing (like Athena) while you are charging up. Giving your ally a fire ring, get it, ha ha, get it... and then the massive damage AoE ultimate of yours triggers.

But I'll think that makes the world ability more balanced, because it's in a sight. But it will change it to a more "tank" ability, initiating a fight, finishing off an enemy, helping a friend. I already see a good Thor combo. Thor charges up his ult, you target him, enemy can't see the indicator, and blam thor stuns, BLAM FIRE!!!!
(no ally damage in that case, or IT DOES, a drawback?)

I guess that would work, just SOMETHING to counter it. A way to survive it, something that pro players will be able to adapt to. So a sound effect would be fine. Like when apollo lands from his chariot, he first shows an AoE circle indication, a second before he lands. This could give someone the time to use an escape.

If you look at Athena the damage she can do, if you remove the damage reduction of the targeted ally, and change it to larger radius. You still wouldn't make it to your Prometheus ultimate. But on the other side, random player allies can, like Athena, completely make the damage useless, if they don't "use" it. And Athena teleports, so that could also make up for a larger radius, and you are a carry sooo

In short, take Athena's ultimate as baseline? and add damage equivalent to the teleport, damage reduction, and carry scaling.

also, I literally just saw M4X's first post, and yeah, the ticks would probably be, like, every .1s to deal, although it's more fore the CC. The 2 will also probably get scaled down abit, but I prefer the toggle form to an activatable.

ok, so the changes for the judging period have been done. I changed the ult entirely, and the 1 a little less so, so tell me if this works.

So, my recommendations are, for the 1 change it to be like Thresh, from LoL, his pull is he latches on to some on, and gives 2 tugs on the chain bringing them closer. and the ultimate Is very overpowered, because having like 5 balls that do 300 damage each, along with loosing 20% of your health over time. No,.
