How about this: Her passive gives a guarenteed stun, which is a bit easier to balance. Maybe make it available once every twenty-five seconds. So people can expect to see a stun in the beginning of a fight, and be prepared, rather than a random stun that comes out of nowhere.

I don't feel it's gonna be that OP. Udyr from LoL have this kind of skill that makes all his basic attacks stun enemies that he hits as long as he doesn't use any other skill and like you might know, basic attack have no need of skill shot.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions.
