XD sorry for spam and yes I own a fafnirs skin and it i equiped on him.But again i want to change back to standart fafnir skin and it wont let me do it.

If you want to have it equipped just for the sake of it, you can always go to:
play-> training -> jungle practise, click Fafnir, click LOCK IN, and then you have 10 seconds to change the default equipped skin for him.

Is it just a problem with fafnirs skin? It could just be a bug that the devs still need to work out.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
