Have gamefreak committed to any of the pokemon game offshoots?

I never see one happening and I honestly don't see the appeal for a MOBA using pokemon. I could understand a brawler, but that's it really.

There kinda is one, although it is third party. Type in PokeMMO in google and you should be able to follow it. It's just a FireRed game + New Pokémon (such as Shroomish, found in Viridian Forest).

DC already made a copy of the fighting scrollers like street fighter, tekken and mortal combat. I'n guessing they will make one in the future.

DC Universe Online. It exists.

Also, the DC fighting game is made by Nether Realm Studios, the creators of Mortal Kombat.

Yeah. As a result of MvC, a fighting game as marvel teams up with capcom to work together on a type of game, dc in 2010, teams up with netherealms to create DC vs MK. A very popular game.

DC vs MK being popular? In what dimension?

Most Mortal Kombat fans would rather forget about that game. For that reason, I was talking about the recently released Injustice by Nether Realms Studio.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
