Is it just me, or does everyone else experience this?

Sometimes when i try to change pages in a thread, it redirects me to an ad website of who knows what. Texts are also sometimes green and double-underlined as well, which are links to "java updates". The pages are now littered with ads as well.

I use it, because I don't like ads. Which is why I don't watch tv.

All you guys and your adblocks are making me so sad...

But well Ferrum! No ads are supposed to redirect you without you clicking on them. When you experience this the fastest route to killing it would be to email [email protected] with the link to the site you got directed to, a description of the ad (if there are any visuals / audio) and where you live. This will help us find it and swiftly put it out of its misery!

It sounds to me like it's not a problem with Smitefire but rather you have been infested a virus like bettersurf. Try following that link to see if it looks similar and get tips on how to remove it. I had it about a year ago and it was infuriating.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
