Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

Going Archmage (which makes plenty of sense for her ult) doesn't leave a lot of room for alternative CDR items. Typically I'd be considering BoT, Divine (or Deso), Tahuti, Ob Shard and Reaver. At least Pendulum would provide some CDR in that setup.
Take Blue Tiki on Red Buff
But this build, in focusing so heavily on lifesteal, thus invite some significant limitations. No utility items providing you with movement speed (which helps for a god with no mobility), no added & easy bonus burst from items like Soul Reaver which are super easy to apply with her ult.
And then you need to understand the limitations of lifesteal itself. All of Nu Wa's abilities are able to hit multiple gods, so as AOE abilities they see a significant decrease in efficiency (33%). This is probably why you only really feel the effects of lifesteal when you build as much as you have (72% base, not including the Bancroft's passive), which is why I'm assuming you've built this way at all.
And then you should note...magical lifesteal has a cap of 70%. So you're not even able to benefit from added lifesteal situationally from Bancroft's passive.
Finally, having built 5 items with lifesteal, anyone that builds anti-heal is going to easily counter and render almost all of your items at least partially ineffective. 1 anti-heal item to handicap basically your entire build. You could argue that building as much as you have, along with the considerations of Typhon's heal boost and Soul Gem's separate heal, can help counter anti-heal, but it's a weak argument at best. Anytime you invest in lifesteal, it's a risk in being countered.
So while I get the idea, I probably wouldn't build this even for fun. I would expect to be countered easily. I might only expect it to work in new player or low level games when people don't think of anti-heal, don't understand how to build, don't LOOK at other peoples' builds, etc.
Early Divine Ruin or Spear of Desolation is also good.
I would delay Obsidian Shard until later in the build. Probably 4th or later. Higher % pen is more useful later in the game when facing higher prots.
But overall this is much better.
You're right, the 40% penetration is a strong point, and CDR is definitely something I could improve on. I agree that lifesteal can be a risky investment due to the anti-heal counter.
You've raised some great points about the limitations of lifesteal with Nu Wa's AoE abilities and the 70% cap. I hadn't considered the lack of mobility items or the potential for Soul Reaver burst.
I think you're spot on about the build being more viable in lower-level games where anti-heal might not be a common consideration.
I'll definitely keep your feedback in mind and explore other build options that might offer more versatility and counterplay. Thanks again for the insightful critique!
