THE BUILD
Hunters Blessing: I think one of the best blessings in the game your getting a worse version of Atlantas bow minus the passive for only 700 gold!
Devours Gauntlet: Awesome early game sustain from the lifesteal and you have to build it early to get them stacks.
Ninjas tabi- Typically everyone needs boots. The boost in attack speed is really nice in the beginning.
Rage- Cheapest crit item and gives you most crit chance. I dont understand why people dont use this item instead of going double stars. You should be getting the 5 kills to fully stack this item pretty easy at this point in the game if your hitting those lucky crits.
Executioner- At this point in the game the enemy gurdian should be pretty tanky so this will help a lot coupled with all the attack speed you have.
Wind demon- Gives you the attack speed your gunna need and crit chance. If I dont have enough money for this item and close enough to be able to sell my hunters blessing and buy it I will.
Death Bringer- Your basically gunna crit anything now. Your gunna hit alot harder too.
Titans Bane- I grab titans bane instead of devo gauntlet sometimes if im struggling to damage a tank because you wont need the sustain and lifesteal late game if your gurdian and warrior are doing there job.

Why do you delay Deathbringer for so long?
With Artemis' powerful AS steroid, at one point (unless you sell it), you have a TON of AS in your items, with Hunter's Blessing, Ninja Tabi, The Executioner, and Wind Demon, all before you get Deathbringer.
Your better bet would be to delay Wind Demon until AFTER you get Deathbringer. Its attack speed will more than make up for what you lose from the Blessing.
Also, depending on how ahead/behind you are, Rage may or may not be the first crit item you want. Alternate options for first crit would be Poisoned Star (although it's been nerfed for 5.13), or even Wind Demon (since it got a price drop). If you do that, you might consider switching Ninja Tabi for Warrior Tabi, as you'll have plenty of AS.
Also Rage will finally be a good item for Artemis now that crit chance has been removed from Still Target.
Granted, that's once 5.13 goes live. (I'm already in the mindset of 5.13)
The bonus MS lasts for 5 seconds, and that can be crucial in helping Artemis disengage from enemies (if her ult is down and she's focused). Remember, she has no mobility.
PS is helpful 1v1 against a single opponent due to the slow and damage reduction (which is absolutely effective). WD's passive is situationally helpful to help escape or chase.
To me, PS isn't always the clearly superior item.
