If Chiron would be killed during this ability, he does not die until he runs out of time or shots. Killing an enemy with this ability when Chiron would have died returns him to life with health equal to the damage dealt instead. Applies target mark.

This was built around the middle of season 9, so yes the build right now is not good, I will fix when I get a chance

The thing I've never personally liked is building 0-power items in a crit build. I know people do it, and I know you can still be effective with it, but it seems like you're just sort of hurting your potential, slotting into the build when it's very situational to add anti-heal for an ADC who can basically nullify whatever might have been healed by an ability in one basic. Granted, it also helps w/ lifesteal against an enemy ADC, but it's still not a typical focus point for an ADC. Just remember that crits are multiplied from base damage. 0 power items don't technically increase that base damage (outside of the small amount of flat pen this is providing).

The new passive on is nice, definitely. Helps w/ boxing an enemy, especially as most are building and it'll cut into their lifesteal. But I still think it should be listed as a situational option at best.

Now I get the appeal of , and actually, your max AS if you've built those Toxic stacks (2.43) is very close to the max, so you're getting good use out of the passive. That said, with getting the buff to how its passive lifesteal boost triggers, I feel you should generally be okay with just Asi as your lifesteal.

is just an item I don't feel fits well in this build. In S9, sure, due to the 20% pen, but in its current state, you're getting absolutely nothing out of the passive. At this point, you really should be going for either or depending on preference...Dom if you're strongly relying on your basics (and the MP5 is nice), or Exe if you want to follow up some basics w/ ability damage. I'd even take over Silver in this situation.

In the end, I personally would switch out w/ , change out (can list as situational) for Dom or Exe, and switch out Silver for Dom, Exe, or Ata.

This is dam near my exact Crit build I run regularly, excellent damage scaling.
