This build is for those who like bruiser, initiators, and monkeys. I am a terrible assassin and I came across this build when I was trying to just get through the Hun Batz mastery. I have had unbelievable success with it and he is now my top bruiser. I hope to see more Bruiser Batz out there!
Physical Caster is the best way to describe his play style. If you notice he has no life steal. Reason being it would be a minimal gain while sacrificing damage or protection. Therefor he is very dependent on his abilities.
Overhead smash gives you the most bang for your buck its a great wave clearer if waves are approach from side. It also gives great damage to Gods and since it is a cone shape it is kind of idiot proof.
Somersault is a great escape and initiate. Jumping behind the enemy and then placing Fear No Evil behind them is a great way to get you and your lane partner some easy kills.
Sacred Monkey is the Russian roulette of smite abilities it is great for closing but can also get you up close and personal with some Gods you don't want to see due to its warp to gods location if hit on last bounce. I helps clears waves when needed but use sparingly early game because it is a MP guzzler.
Fear No Evil is what makes him a great bruiser. You can initiate, disrupt, and deal damage all at the same time. It is also a great Loki and other assassins counter, when they come after you jus lay down that Ult and let them have it. Great team fight initiate and great escape.
Word of Caution: This is a Physical Attack Killer, he is well defended against and does high damage to them. When dealing with casters you are on more equal ground due to a lack of magical defense but still have an advantage due to your abilities.
Greaves-2 and Meditation-1 to start: Reinforced Greaves give to that amazing CC reduction and Meditation-3 is great with a 40% heal and Meditation-4 helps you early game with staying in lane.
Ankh of the Bear: This is a fun Item that gives you defense, health, attack speed, and due too its passive gives you around 40 attack power at the end of the build.
Heartseeker: Gives you 10% movement speed and up to 75 attack power. Need I say more?
Voidblade: Gives you physical defense and power which goes well with Ankh of the Bear.
Witch Stone/Stone of Gaia: Witch Stone for same reasons as Voidblade unless dealing with 4 or 5 magic users, then I recommend Stone of Gaia or whatever magic defense you prefer.
Titans Bane/Eye of Retaliation: This is really your choice these are the 2 I use mostly with this build Titans Bain helps you keep apposing tanks honest and since you are dealing most of your damage in abilities the other penetration items don't make since. Eye of retaliation for those who live life on the edge of their seat or when the other team has no physical protection.
The key is initiating with Fear No Evil. You want to push the enemy toward your team and away from their tower.
You can also use FNE to separate your team from the other if the battle is going poorly.
Use scared monkey to close the distance from a fleeing god.
Using FNE to push a good into the back of a jungle camp is very fun.
More too come....
In no way am I saying this is better or worse than assassin Hun Batz, simply because its a preference. I do feel that this build is much better for team fights and over all team support. If your the type that feels your place is in the jungle, so be it. If you love Bruisers then try this build.

I feel like it would kill the bruiser build if you tried to squeak in another movement items. This build kills in Conquest.
Don't forget
Maybe you can add some more 'mobility items' since the old passive has been changed.
