Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

Shield of regrowth is a good idea though.
And both are great for Cama with his good scaling...both provide high power...just need to pair that with a good penetration item.
This build starts like overld1's (Tabi then Trans), but deviates significantly from there.
You have some items that are ability-based, and some that are basic attack-based ( Qin's Sais, Witchblade as mains, The Executioner, Stone Cutting Sword and Wind Demon as alternates). That's not necessarily bad in and of itself, but let's dig a little deeper.
Let's assume your start is good. Qin's Sais can be a great mid-game DPS item, as it offers the single best DPS boost for basic attackers. However, your first two items really focus on getting the most damage (and most use via mana) out of abilities. Qin's Sais in general would be better for a god that has already enhanced their attack speed someway (either inherent in their kit like Artemis or through early to mid-game items like Ichaival). So it doesn't seem optimal in this position. If you DO get this item, I see it being functional in the late game, since he's more an ability-based god. Based on getting Transcendence immediately before, the mana boost means your best focus would be to start using abilities a lot more...so...CDR, not basic attacks.
I like the idea of Shield of Regrowth. Feedback that I've read seems like it's functional, at least when there are at least 3 physical enemy gods. Great for escape or chasing, at least situationally, but the fact you can't activate it at will means it might not always work for you. If you value high mobility (getting from camp to camp and rotating quickly) then this could very well be core in your build.
Brawler's Beat Stick is also a great item, but can be considered situational...the anti-heal is great, but if you're not facing much healing, you'd perhaps consider switching out for The Crusher to take down objectives more quickly...or Titan's Bane as an alternate, strong pen item.
Finally, we get to Witchblade, which is absolutely situational, and also basic-attack based, due to the attack speed. Also, this marks the 2nd physical protection item, while your main build doesn't have ANY magical protection. Something to consider.
Biggest thing about using Qin's Sais and Witchblade is that Cama just really isn't a basic attack god. Nothing in his kit really helps his basic attacks. Which means it can be difficult to approve of your alternate items The Executioner and Wind Demon at all. Also, if you focus on basic attacks, you're likely to take more damage, and you don't have enough protections (and 0 health!!!) to survive much.
At this point, I find it difficult to approve the build overall. It just feels too disjointed. Nothing against you, and I do really like incorporating Shield of Regrowth. Just is missing key components to strongly emphasize his strengths while covering for his weaknesses. And you REALLY should at least list Purification in your relic list. You're just asking to be ganked.

Pretty much, I would never consider Soul Eater for him. But maybe that's just me.
