Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
SMITEFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new god, or fine tune your favorite SMITE gods’s build and strategy.

But since you like damage so much, here is a Bruiser chaac build (assuming for arena)
Warrior tabi
Breastplate of valor
Ancile
Voidshield
Bulwark Of Hope/Pestilence/Oni Hunter's Garb
Masamuner/Brawler's beat stick
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
In place of "Masamuner," your suggestion of BBS is good. Titan's Bane can also be considered.
This is just out of curiosity, but can you recommend another way to get high CDR (at least 30%) without sacrificing damage potential? I know 40 physical power from ancile will not make a huge difference, but still.
I would like for DBOP to give more information on his builds in the future so we can guide him better. For example "I intend to use this as a high damage build in arena", etc. I suggested this build because I assumed DBOP wanted to focus on damage.
Warrior Jotunn's urchin void Shield genji BBS/Titan.
Warrior trans urchin Jotunn's spirit titan.
As you can see in these, I'm using urchin because of the Dual protections which saves me one item slot.
Also, gonna repeat from your old build to this one...you overcapped CDR. A LOT. 40% is the cap. You've got BoV (20%), SE (10%), Jotunn's (20%), and Genji (10%). You get rid of 20% and you're still at the cap. As of now that's an awful thing to do.
Usually when you get BoV, it handles a good amount of your general mana needs. Thus, I'd say Genji's Guard is less needed, though the MP5 is great, and it does have a good host of other stats.
Then, for tanks, you typically don't go Jotunn's Wrath. Take those two away, and that gets you to 30%.
You can replace 10% of what you took out by getting ONE good, functional item such as Shield of Regrowth, Spirit Robe, or Witchblade.
You don't need Stone of Gaia because you've got healing. You don't need the HP5 like some other warriors have. Not that it's the worst thing you could get on him, but again, mostly not needed.
Don't get Bracer on Chaac. Get Wings, or Frenzy, or Blink, or Emblem...just not Bracer.
Thunder Strike should 100% be your first priority. What you're doing by prioritizing Rain Dance first is saying "yeah I'm not gonna do much damage to you." His strength is his early-mid game, and a lot of that is due to that axe throw. You'll lose lane, you'll make yourself offensively impotent by doing your skill leveling.
