I like getting this item in the middle of.some of my bruiser builds in arena. Its really easy to apply the passive in arena, so third is a good slot for me.

Mostly true for clash as well. So for game modes like conquest or siege, where you dont 5 man group till like the 2nd half of the game, which slot would you build this on a bruiser? 4th/5th/6th?

Give me a god and build series to start. I'm generally going to say, though, that if I built this as...well, you're saying bruiser, so are you talking tanky assassin? Or aggressive Solo? And what other MS items would you have built previously?

Bruiser or abilty based with utility.

As for build series, idk give me an example of when to build this.

IM not seeing this item used ever, but I just used it against a Sylvanus who had Hide of the Urchin and he was getting ripped..
Would this item combind well with Qins sais?

They don't have any inherent synergy. This item is essentially meant to be qin's sais for ability users, rather than basic attack users.

I still feel that the 50 damage from the passive is kinda weak. Still I haven't really looked at HP from most characters. As I'm kinda used to tanks having 3500-4000 and most squishies will hit ~1500

Item has potential 100 power. Great against guardians, warriors, warlocks sash mages like Zhong Kui, some Scylla players as well.
Fairs well as a replacement for transcendence if you have good mana management and wave clear early game.
+ Early Movement Speed
+ Early, Cost Efficient Power Spike
+ Can be paired with Hastened Fatalis to Replace Boots. (recommended against a heavy front line team)
- Weaker Trade Potential ADC's after they finish stacks

? Could be used on Mercury. Pair with something to replace boots? He has very low HP pool and will likely get full effect of passive.

EXPERIMENTAL: Revamped QueO proposed build used by ataraxia in S2. It went Devo's, Heart Seeker, Hastened, Exec, Double Crit
Instead
You could go Devo's, Masamune, Hastened, Titans / Executioner / Asi, Double Crit
(use on god with early game mobility / escape and a late game attack speed stim - Apollo, Artemis, Rama, AMC)

EXPERIMENTAL: Rush Masamune, 2 pots ea. start.
Back at 900 Gold to finish masamune, Then farm boots, quins, Asi, Brawlers, Titans Bane
(Anhur, Neith, Hou Yi, Cupid)
