Aphrodite blows a kiss to an allied god, making them her soul mate and giving them both increased movement speed. If it hits an ally, it has a reduced 1s cooldown. If the kiss hits an enemy god, they are Damaged, Stunned and Aphrodite's soul mate gets jealous, increasing their damage. Also, Aphrodite's soul mate gains 50% of her MP5 and 10% of her Physical and Magical Protections.

Agitated by all the attention, Aphrodite commands enemies to get away from her, doing damage around her, slowing them by 25% for 2s and knocking them back to 25 units from her.

If Aphrodite has a soul mate, an explosion originates on them in addition, dealing the same damage as well as slowing enemies.

If an enemy would be hit by both blasts, they will only be affected by the one originating from Aphrodite.

Aphrodite calls forth a flock of beautiful doves that fly forward in the area in front of her. The doves circle around all enemies in the path, damaging enemies every .5s for 3s. Aphrodite and her soul mate also receive healing when cast and decreased ability cooldowns.

Undying Love

Aphrodite pledges undying love to herself and her Soul Mate. While this is active, she and her Soul Mate are invulnerable to all damage and gain the Jealousy effect for a short duration. All Crowd Control effects are also removed when activated.

This is my first try at a guide... wanted to give back to the community some. I am welcome to any feedback or suggestions, especially if you let me know your reasoning. I am fairly successful with her on this build, and you can fill any role with it whether it be damager/tank/support. Never underestimate the power of the doves. Always be friendly and support your healers/tanks.

Or, just go with your current build and replace Lotus Crown with or .

Also: " am fairly successful with her on this build, and you can fill any role with it whether it be damager/tank/support" - Your build is definitely not a support/tank build, it's a damage one. If you want to see what an actual tanky Aphrodite build looks like:

An offensive build would look more like this: , , / (only for anti-heal), / (only if two or more enemy gods build magical protections), , /. That'll give you 40 flat pen plus either percentage pen (shard) or protection reduction (magus).

As far as ' damage goes, you do realize most people will either avoid it or quickly exit its area of effect? You're not getting as much damage out of it without some type of pen that you think you are.

Offensive build, but you have no penetration.

She uses damage over time and a large burst... she doesn't really need penetration as far as I have seen... but yes penetration would be a situational item for her.

Well, I'd say the penetration is core in any damage build. You just won't do as much damage without penetration. What about replacing shoes of focus with shoes of the magi? And lotus crown with obsidian shard (I see you have that listed as an alternative)?

This is titled "offense" but has some utility items in it. It's more of a hybrid build, and also, Lotus Crown is not a good item for her. The passive trigger is better on healers that can affect more than 2 gods...like , , , etc.

And yes, if going offense and claiming it as such, at least a little pen is required. would be the more common pen item, which pairs well with .

@Wyntir, you talk about damage over time and large burst, but then make it sound like not having penetration is somehow linked to how she deals damage. You do understand that penetration allows you to deal damage across the board, no matter the damage type, right?
