Serqet dashes three times from side to side, dealing damage and applying Deathbane Poison to each enemy hit. This ability can Critical Hit, and Serqet is immune to Knockup while dashing.

Deathbane Poison reduces a target's Physical Protection for a short time, and remains in a lingering dormant state for 20s.

Serqet launches her two blades forward, dealing damage and applying the Cobra's Kiss Poison. Cobra's Kiss Poison drives gods to madness, forcing them to attack nearby allies dealing this damage again, or walk harmlessly towards Serqet. Cobra's Kiss remains in a lingering dormant state for 20s.

Passive: Serqet gains increased Critical Strike Chance.
Active: Serqet leaps to an enemy, Stunning them and gaining 50% damage mitigation. She then applies the Last Breath poison and pushes them 30 units away. The poison deals true damage to the target over the next 5s, and prevents them from healing. If an enemy dies while infected with Last Breath, they will explode, applying the poison to all enemies within 20 units.

You don't really need that Ward at start. Better to get another Healing Potion.

Overall build is ok, but it's much better on Serqet currently to go bruiser with high CDR. Example Build: Warrior Tabi, Jotunn's Wrath, The Crusher (Can swap for Brawlers if you need it), Masamune, Ancile, Void Shield.

Titan's Bane isn't entirely necessary always with her in built true damage on her ult and protection shred on her 1, I would have it as situational.

You don't think that Magi's Cloak would be a go to? So that you would have an extra Hard CC counter for team fights incase your beads is down. And you don't think Crit is a good pick up on her? Rather settle for defense? I will try your build for sure. I appreciate the feed back.

Magi's Cloak is great on her, in a lot of matchups but not all the time. Crit is decent on her but a bruiser build is better ( Malice is a good crit item on Serqet if you can get it to proc before using her ult). Though maybe you could replace the Ancile or The Crusher or Masamune for Magi's Cloak like you suggest as a go-to. (Actually that could be better).

Regarding crits, you only have one crit item in your build. That's not very reliable. Crots are fine and all, but penetration can be just as effective, if not better since it gives more effect to your abilities

Magis cloak is fine. Kriegas bruiser build goves you a lot of functionality. The ancile is great for silencing grouped up enemies.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
