Hello, and welcome to the 
Rama god guide.I have Rama Rank 4, nearly rank 5.I recommend thee triple crit builds like this one.I personally like triple crit builds because they ae optimal for killing enemies in base.However the double crit build will give more attack speed.Anyways lets get right into the item choices!
The First Item we start off with is Ninja Tabi.Although some may argue for 
Warrior Tabi , rama has only one ability that will uses the better scaling.The 20% attack speed is crucial in this build and gives 10% cdr which is somewhat noticeable for his ult.Also, the 100 mana is somewhat helpful.
Devourer's Gauntlet
Next we get devo's for the qualities it gives.A fully stacked devo's gauntlet will give 25% lifesteal and 55 power which is also helpful to basic attack DPS.Other optimal choicds is 
Soul Eater and 
Transcendence however, i personally like devo's.
Qins Sais
Qins Sais is the last attack speed item we will get.It is very helpful for 3 reasons.The 40 physical power helps the ult scaling increase and help basic attack power.Next is the 15% attack speed which is noticeable but not exponentially high. Lastly the passive is unique and great.It deals 4% extra damage for your basic attack in total health.
Deathbringer
It's the most powerful crit item and great.It gives 50 physical power.Also 20% critical strike chance.It's powerful passive makes your crit's even more powerful.There really is nothing to say other than this
Wind Demon
I personally go for this instead of malice as the 2nd crit item because it is around 400 gold cheaper.It gives 40 physical power and 20% critical strike chance.Alsi the passive gives 20% extra attack speed and movement speed when you crit for 5 seconds,This is incredibly useful for bursting down enemies and comes at a decent price of 2600 gold.
Malice
Although Malice is expensive at 3000 gold, and isnt as amazing as wind demon deathbringer, or maybe even arguably rage?Malice gives us much more potential than rage because the passive isnt as beneficial to us.However, Malice gives 20% crit chance, 50 power and an passive that is very unique and in-depth.It makes the enemy take 75% of your physical power when you crit in physical damage.
Now, Straight into the pros and cons of the main build!
Pros: Cons:
-Insane DPS -Not amazing attack speed
-Often Crit -No pen
-25% lifesteal -Very Expensive
-Attack Speed "Steroid"
-Mini Slow
-When you activate your 1
you can shoot through walls
-Esacape
-Cripple shot
