Rush towards your first item. I would advise Tier 1 Blade with the Blessing over Tier 1 Mail/Talisman due to their stat/cost ratio.
Level 20 Stats
Tier 2 Helm isn't worth paying 600 gold to start with, nor is starting with Tier 1 Stone or Staff. Tier 2 Scepter is good power/health for early-game.
I think Ares might benefit from this build better. 😜
Level 20 Stats
This aims to build your HP items ASAP. You can neglect potions if you plan on backing often.
Too bad Shield of Regrowth is useless with Athena.
Level 20 Stats
This guide is meant as a gimmick because any meta is so cliché, even in Arena. 😜
The builds are limited to only items that provide Base Health Points. They try to make the best use for each play-style. Remember that these guides are suggestions and some item combinations will synergize better than others.
Pros
Taunt and tank enemies off your back-line. Your mana will be a problem until you build Heartward, and you will have to manage your cooldowns often. This build is meant to stick with your teammates and against those without heavy penetration.
Stick to your enemies and make use of your aura items. This build has some power and CDR, but you're not as tanky.
Your early game won't be strong, but you (most likely) won't die in late-game fights. Mail of Renewal is core, especially to regenerate your mana in the middle of a fight. Last item is your choice; Ethereal stacks MP and HP along with your ridiculous self-healing by now, as well as maxes your CCR.
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

Relic Dagger is something Athena won't really get as much use out of...she's not a blink god, and I feel Relic Dagger in teamfight modes is almost exclusively for higher Blink use. This means Ares, Cerb, Odin, etc.
Winged Blade is specific to counter slows. Fine, there are tons of slows in the game, so you'll probably get good function out of it...but I consider it pretty niche and don't often purchase it myself.
So, between those two...going for non-Shoes MS items seems...meh. I'd honestly just get Shoes of Focus if you want to move into Sov/Heart (and Heart is also a bit meh). Witchblade would be a better option compared to Relic, if facing basic attackers.
I do like that you're thinking outside the box, but your offensive build 2 is also funky, though at least here, you're getting your MS items first. I don't like Jade that much, TBH, and it's not that strong of an item late-game. Gem of Isolation is functional, but a bit of a weird item for Athena too.
Your build 3 is an interesting concept. I would never build it, but I get it. Lots of health and not enough protections mean that high health isn't doing you as much good...a bit more prots would be nice. I'd probably sub out Mail of Renewal for Hide of the Urchin if I was going for a similar build.
Interesting ideas.
Remember bran, spicy plays get the lays
But tell me...why is Blink Rune more important for Ymir compared to Athena? I'm looking for one specific reason.
