I usually always build hunters blessing the mp5 is great especially on Jing Wei for early pressure as well as the basic damage. I also get 2 hp and 2 mp just to be safe and make sure I can put pressure in duo without wasting mana.
I almost always build warrior tabi rather than ninja because I don't ever have an issue with mana on her as well as attack speed considering her 1 gives her an attack speed boost I would prefer the extra power. I usually try to finish devo's first because of her early pressure and easy escape potential with her ult and 1-3 combo dash.
I build poison star mainly for the slow and more attack speed and its also cheaper than wind demon. If I get behind and feel as though I do not have any pressure in lane and will need to sit under tower and farm I will go exe then poison star but I haven't had any reason to do that in the 50+ ranked games I've player with her this season.
I have considered a few options to the core build and will outline them in other builds.
DeathBringer is the most common 6th item I use giving her a 65% crit chance with her 2 maxed giving her an 85% crit chance. With this build Deathbringer is really the only fit for me and I really haven't changed that.
Pretty standard but can but changed. Beads is a must in my opinion though.
Jing Wei is my favourite ADC and also my favourite god so I thought I would explain my build and try to help others with her kit. A few things just to remind you, if I didn't put an item in here that you use or you like to use it doesn't mean that you can't or that it is a bad pick but rather I don't personally prefer to use it. I also didn't outline the other possible starts or core dmg builds that I have never used because I would be here forever putting them in for example some people like going tier 2 devos and 1 health and man pot instead of hunters blessing and that can be viable and can work for you but I just put what I use and prefer to use as well as my reasoning and thought process behind it.
Skill Order:
I play Jing Wei to farm early and kill people once I get poison star so I try and max my 1 and 2 first for the damage. I don't max my ult for two reasons, I use it almost always as an escape in the early game, I rarely use it to confirm kills or to engage in teamfights. I try and farm efficiently and aggressively so always having my ult to be used to escape from pressure situations is super important to me. Jing Wei does a lot of damage very quickly. Maxing her 1 allows stacking to fly by as well as wave clear to seem like you are a mid laner. This is also circumstantial. Sometimes I find myself getting my 3 at level 8 for the power boost is I am planning to poke out the other adc early. If you prefer to max the 3 its really up to you. It fully depends on how the game is going and the situation at the time. I like maxing the two when I have a lot of early pressure so I can just farm kills that's mostly what I do in casual conquest. Maxing the 3 first gets for increased power as well as movement speed with a decreased cooldown which helps early! They are interchangeable in my opinion some people max the 3 some max the 2 it's really preference for me!
DISCLAIMER:
I would like to just say that take what I say with a grain of salt for I am just a regular smite player with not professional experience. I am rather telling you from my own experience what works with me and what I think would help beginner Jing Wei players. Lots of others will have different builds and different opinions that are much more qualified than I am but if I can help one person get better at playing her than my job here is done. If you have any questions feel free to ask me anything. ALSO, I played on pc for the from 2015-17 and ps4 since then.( My PC got fried and I am a University student unable to afford a good pc) This may not translate to how you play but I definitely hope this helps.
These are my build notes since a lot of people might not read them I feel like they are super important to understand the items that I chose.7
Build #1: Hyper Farm
PO#1 Notes: I usually always build hunters blessing the mp5 is great especially on Jing Wei for early pressure as well as the basic damage. I also get 2 hp and 2 mp just to be safe and make sure I can put pressure in duo without wasting mana.
PO#2 Notes: I almost always build warrior tabi rather than ninja because I don't ever have an issue with mana on her as well as attack speed considering her 1 gives her an attack speed boost I would prefer the extra power. I usually try to finish devo's first because of her early pressure and easy escape potential with her ult and 1-3 combo dash.
PO#3 Notes:I build poison star mainly for the slow and more attack speed and its also cheaper than wind demon. If I get behind and feel as though I do not have any pressure in lane and will need to sit under tower and farm I will go exe then poison star but I haven't had any reason to do that in the 50+ ranked games I've player with her this season.
I have considered a few options to the core build and will outline them in other builds.
PO#4 Notes: DeathBringer is the most common 6th item I use giving her a 65% crit chance with her 2 maxed giving her an 85% crit chance. With this build Deathbringer is really the only fit for me and I really haven't changed that.
PO#1: Same as the first build. Hunters blessing for the attack dmg and the mp5 is great with jing wei and a must for her kit in my opinion. You can get 3 mana if you like I prefer 2 hp and 2 mp though.
PO#2: Same as the first build again. I try and finish devos on the first back. Use you pots wisely and try and farm more than poke in the early game to finish devo's ASAP. My best start without backing usually gets me full devo's and tier 2 boots. But my regular start I usually back right once I get the 1700 gold.
PO#3: With tier 1 devos you dont get a lot of power but a decent lifesteal spike early. So if I am behind and find myself getting into situations were I need that movement speed I always finish boots before devos. Stacking comes easy with Jing Wei so don't worry about the stacks. I get this against gods like au kuang who have invis abilities or against bursty adcs like freya or sol. This is an uncommon build for me but definitely viable and has gotten me out of deep holes early.
PO#4: In ranked I always build poison star 3rd. The slow, attack speed boost, crit chance, and poison effect are just too juicy and this is my personal preference. The rest are standard but flexible 4th and 5th items. Exe passive is perfect for Jing Wei as I don't really ever build pen. Wind demon posion star combo proc is just crazy for snowballing. You will see 4th and 5th item change with my other core builds but poison star will always be 3rd for me.
PO#5:I usually use this if I can't really do much against the support or other frontline gods Qin's helps shred through prots rather than another crit item. I have only used this in times where I am even or behind the opponent when their support is mega tanky. If you prefer you could build rage over poison star if you know you are going to need to build exe Qin's I personally do if the support is already rushing high physical prot like a breastplate 1st item or Sovereignty etc.
PO#6: This is also a very uncommon and circumstantial build. Always poison star 3rd. If you want to go hyper agressive rush wind demon for a 20% crit chance spike as well as the passive. Exe next for the same reason as the original.
PO#7: I only build deathbringer 6th item with the Core #1+#3 build.
PO#8: I have two options usually when I build Qin's I have poison star or wind demon so for my 6th item usually I have titan's bane for even more pen, this is built mainly when I have to teamfight 2 high physical prot frontliners. I build bloodforge scarcely usually when thorns is bought for a frontliner or I find myself not finishing off kills enough but putting in a good amount of DPS. If you build rage which I have yet to do I have been told by Kriega1 that a Titan's bane 6th item is a must. I have also been told by the same person that if rage is your crit item instead of my usual poison star/wind demon then a Deathbringer into selling Qin's(Based on the build I use) for Bloodforge is perfect for fighting a Kuzenbo. I personally don't build rage but that is what has been brought to my attention.

think it's worth it. I would replace my 5th with Deathbringer and make wind demon last and replace
tabi (late game) with ichavial
I ran the numbers on DV-8's and my DPS spreadsheet, and without Gust's AS buff, DB provides around the same DPS as WD with the passive functioning. Without the WD passive, DB is significantly stronger.
WITH Gust active, DB is superior to WD. I know it costs more, but if you find yourself with the gold handy, DB should always be a consideration for 2nd crit item.
I'm a 40 year old man playing video games. I play 2-3 times per week, and mostly just with friends in whatever mode they want, because I consider it a pretty social game.
Also building ichaival and odysseus' bow in a crit build....
Or: devs, boots, rage, exe, deathbringer, bloodforge (double lifesteal against Kuzenbo),
Or: Devs, boots, rage, executioner, qins, titans. (this build only works because her 2 gives crit chance).
