Loki disappears in a puff of smoke. While invisible, he moves faster, removes Slow effects, and gains immunity to Slow effects. His next Basic Attack from stealth (or for 2s after) applies a bleed to his target, dealing damage every .5s and reveals Loki. If Loki takes damage while in stealth he will be revealed for .33s.

This effect stacks up to 4 times. If an enemy gets 4 stacks they become Blinded, allowing Loki to benefit from Behind You! from any direction for 3s.

Loki unleashes a flurry of 5 dagger strikes quickly in front of him, damaging and slowing enemies hit by 15% for 3 seconds. After this flurry he winds up for a final heavy strike that deals higher damage and slowing enemies hit by 30% for 3s. Loki cannot be knocked up while firing this ability. This ability can benefit from Behind You!

Introduction

Hello and welcome to my new Guide here. I was inactive for a long time, cause i know that, and this is not an offense to Mobdafire or other sites, but the most people don't even know how some items work. This time i will face one of my best gods and will share my build and stuff with you.

Loki's Role

Loki's role is a bit difficult to explain, he is not a pure Assassin neither a pure carry. In early game you main task is farming, farming and farming. You need a good laneparternet (e.g. Ymir) to help you get fed with kills and farm. If you don't get fed you can't do much. This maintains into the midgame, where you should be at least a bit fed and farmed you Devo gloves to fullstacks. Then you start going into your Assassin style. You gank and beat the **** out of your enemys and help out your team(this doesn't mean that you may not gank in early game). In late game you should be fed and finished your build. Now you will just Steamroll everything and can take down Objectives alone and bring your team the victory.

The Build

This build is pretty much the best you can have. Don't listen to people telling you to pick up Executioner, cause the Pen from it is not as good as from Titans bane and Jotunn's Wrath. The Executioner shredding is based on the fact that you hit multiple times, but as loki you maybe hit 1 time on squishys and a few more on tanks, and actually it't not that worthy.


Tabi: Usual opening for AD-gods and everyone should know why.

Voidblade: Shredding defense and getting you Power and Defense. The best Part the Pen from it is additional, so the Pen from Tabi and Jotunn's (which hits the cap of 30 flat pen) is not wasting the pen from Voidblade.
Devourer's Gloves
Devourer's Gloves: Lifesteal to heal up easily, no it's not the best counter to a hide, and don't be scared of hide anyways, but i will come back to this later. Also good Power and easy to farm it up.

Jotunn's Warth: Moste likely the best Item for some AD gods right now. Flat Pen, CDR, Power and Mana. What do you want more?

Titan's Bane: Power and additional percentage Pen. Now you will shredd really really hard.

Qin's Blades: This is the best way to counter Tanks and Hide, although hide is less dangerous for you, tbh. It counters Effective Health and helps you to melt Tanks.

Deathbringer: If the enemys haven't build any or low Effective Health and there are no real tanky gods, you should pick this over the Qin's Blades.

Behind you!: Loki deals more damage from his basic attacks when hitting enemies from behind.
Bonus Damage: 20%
That's why Loki is a butcollector, and why you want to hit from behind.

An escape possibility and something you want to use combined with your 3 to hit enemys from behind.

Decoy
Decoy: Loki spawns a decoy version of himself that taunts all nearby enemy minions. After a short time, the decoy explodes dealing damage to all enemies in the radius.
Damage: 90/155/220/285/350 (+80% of your physical power)
Decoy Lifetime: 3 s
Cost: 60/65/70/75/80
Cooldown: 14 s

Your way to help out in lane from distance, dive towers for short and attract minions to prevent them from hitting you.

Aimed Strike
Aimed Strike: Upon activation, Loki's next basic attack does additional damage with a short time. The enemy hit is also slowed.
Damage: 60/100/140/180/220 (+80% of your physical power)
Buff LIfetime: 5 s
Slow: 25%
Slow Duration: 3 s
Cost: 50
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 s

Additional Damage on Autoattacks? Holey Moley, it must be my birthday! Also a slow allowing you to hit once more, if even necessary.


Assassinate: Upon activation, Loki teleports to his ground target location. If an enemy god is within the radius, Loki will backstab that target doing damage and stunning them.
Damage: 150/225/300/375/450 (+120% of your physical power)
Stun: 1 s
Cost: 100
Cooldown: 90 s

An escape, if really necessary, like u get trapped by Odin's Ultimate and a Zeus uses his Ultimate in it. Otherwise, don't use it to enitiate on target you can hit normaly, prevent running targets from getting away or to get on enemys that are far away.

How to counter Loki(What you have to be scared of, and not)

Mainly adjust the way you counter to the Loki's build. If he shredds a lot, build effective Health.If he builds Qin's Blades get Defense.


Don't be scared of this item. It hits harder if your Auto Attacks hit harder. On Loki it works just as on Freya. The damage from Aimed Strike and Vanish is not a steroid, causing the Hide not to hit so hard on that. Btw as some of you maybe don't know: the counter to hide is Qin's Blades as well, the damage from it's passive doesn't effect Hide's reflection. Lifesteal is not the best counter to hide, cause it's post-damage-medigation, meaning that it doesn't negate the damage, it just heals you after the damage.


This is the counter item to melee AD-gods. It prevents them from hitting even harder, cause it's passive slows the enemy to help you get away, and denie them from hitting more Auto Attacks on you.
