First I want to say I'm not a pro. This might not be the best build out but it works.
I love feedback so don't hold back.
Thanks for checking this build. I hope you enjoyed it.

Youtube video incoming soon.
Abilities:
Start with 1 in Vanish (1) and 2 in Aimed Strike (3).
@ level 4 get Decoy (2)
@ level 5 get -Ulti- Assassinate (4)
From here on, just use this priority list:
1. Assassinate (4) -Ulti-
2. Aimed Strike (3)
3. Vanish (1)
4. Decoy (2)
This is our main build.
1. Ninja Tabi
2. Hydra's Lament
We'll get some CDR from it which helps us with escaping fights etc. because the cooldown on your vanish will be shorter so you can go in and in the end of the fight you can get out and vanish again.
Hydra's Lament will also deal additional damage with your first basic attack after you did an ability
3. Deathbringer
4. Titan's Bane
This will provide some Physical Penetration, this will come in handy when you are attacking targets with some armor.
5. Bloodforge
This will provide you with some Lifesteal, this will help you with surviving some fights.
6. Frostbound Hammer
This health will provide you with some extra survivability. The slow will prevent enemies from escaping.
Always stay creative and try to counter the enemy team
In the start just stay back and aim for low health targets or squishies. Give them a back stab with Vanish and Aimed Strike.
Try using Decoy as much as possible to prevent Minions reaching the portal.
As the game proceeds you will get stronger by just going stealth killing low health gods like Zeus, Agnis, Cupid, etc.

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

1: Ninja Tabi. The flat pen and phys power boost you get from Warrior is too large to be ignored early game and not worth switching for a little CDR.
2: Bloodforge. Granted this does help a little with grabbing buffs and such, if you really need to hit more than 2-3 times for a kill as Loki, you're doing something wrong.
3: Titan's Bane. This is a situational item, and I only grab it if I have trouble bursting tanks. But as stated above, it is in the "vs squishies" build. The true damage that penetration gets you on squishies is negligible and the item slot would be better suited for a crit item.
4: Frostbound Hammer: You get plenty of slow from your Aimed Strike, and if you still have trouble catching them, Weakening Curse is a better buy.
As far as the anti-phys build goes, toss it. The tankiest a Loki should ever go is Voidblade. Every other item slot should be used for extra damage.
The gameplay section is severely lacking as well, my guess is that it's going to be covered in the Youtube video.
