1. warrior tabi give us movement speed some damage and good early pen great option for loki as every bit of pen counts
Loki does not have much teamfight presence so the best he can pull off to benefit his team is to assassinate a key enemy target either there Mage or ADC you in general also want to pick off any targets if they are isolated thats what Loki is best at

Jungle Loki Statistics(pros&cons of going jungle with loki)
Overall Loki is focused around assassination and is a great pick if you have a need for the elimination of a single high damage target as mentioned above as far as teamfights go you do not offer much due to great lack of CC the best you can do is assassinate key targets or add/use your ultimate to follow up CC that just ends/or use it to interrupt the initiation of the enemy by jumping the simplest to kill target

I would put most of the info of the General Gameplay in the Skills Section. Your skills section is basically listing out the stats for the skill. Nothing wrong with that but I can just hover my mouse over the ability icon and see the exact same info. BB Coding is alright, but could use a bit more color. I like the guide but there are some changes that should be made. Not voting now but PM me if you change it :)
So overall i'll upvote.
Also i suggest you to start with decoy followed by your respective build. early decoy is necessary to reduce damage taken and to tank the creeps as at level 1 they hurt quite alot, and nowadays junglers like soloing the red buff at lvl 1.
