Full BUild

Notes This is the full build. Stone cutting for the boxing potential and movement speed. Rage is something I've picked up from Weak3n and it is honestly an amazing item and gets you going. Crits are a critical part of Mercury (no pun intended) and the reasoning for not getting wind Demon I will get into a second. Deathbringer is an essential on mercury, the power, and the crit % are key. Now the reason for not getting wind demon and trading it out for rage is Asi. It provides attack Speed AND life steal, late game this impacts your fights IMMENSELY. Titans Bane to finish the build for pen and you should be crushing everyone at this point in the game.

Mercury right now is a top-tier jungler. His clear is very good, and his speed around the jungle makes him a very good god rn.

In most instances, I'd suggest NOT going both Stone Cutting Sword and Titan's Bane, unless facing a lot of tanky enemies. The protection reduction from SCS will reduce the effectiveness of Titan's Bane's % pen to some degree.

Also suggest not going Asi at all. You want the big crits, and the 0 power contribution from Asi isn't going to help much (the only help it'll provide is from the flat pen). Instead, if you really want lifesteal, consider Bloodforge.

From all this, it would be good to see some alternate build paths, or at least some optional items. Hastened Katana is actually being used on him a LOT right now.

Hydras lament may be feasible on him cuz it dpikes your crit damage. Duke sloth made a video about it.

Howevever, that bonus damage will be choked due to a lack of pen. Besides scs, wgat are good pen items on merc?

Oh yea Bran? Do you have to pay a premium for access to Hastened Fatalis or something? Must have missed that in the patch notes ;)

Good build. But consider Bloodforge as an alternative to Asi and alternatives like Magi's Cloak, Mantle of Discord, Wind Demon, Hastened Katana etc...

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
