Ne Zha has a rather interesting kit for an Assassin and it's highly integral to understand his entire kit and make sure that it is being properly utilized throughout the match. It is also critically important to understand how your kit indirectly benefits your teammates as well. I will try not to get terribly long winded on skills but no promises!
Righteous Spirit
This is your passive and its use is pretty straight forward. This skill works in tandem with
Flaming Spear to give yourself a small heal which can be very useful in a close encounter. Your basic attacks on Minions or enemy Gods will give you stacks (up to 20)(Critical strikes earn an additional stack) and for each stack you will be healed 1.25%

20 Stacks = 25% Heal. This is very beneficial in getting the last shot in a fight as it can give you that minor boost of health needed to instantly turn the tide.
Universe Ring Toss
Damage:75/100/125/150/175(+20% of your physical power)
Bounces:3/4/5/6/7 (Multiple hits on the same target deal 25% less damage)
Protections Debuff:15 per hit (Lasts 3seconds)
Slow:25% (Lasts 1 second)
Movement Speed:5% per hit (Lasts 2seconds)
This will be your main skill for poking and leading an engage for your team. This skill has so much versatility if you are planning what your usage of it is that it's pretty mind blowing. It debuffs your targets, slows them, and speeds you up which makes its combo utility very high.

This skill can be used as a wave clear, poke, and a debuff/selfbuff engage. You want to focus on wave clearing unless you have a teammate building stacks, if so let them have the wave.
Maxing this out first is very beneficial as higher ranks means more bounces. This skill gains it's best benefit when the enemy team is present without the wave as it will bounce between the 3 of them as long as they are in close proximity to each other and in the late game it will absolutely become vital to land this on enemy gods as the repetitive bounces can quickly half health ADC's/Assassin's/and Mages quickly making it perfect for leading an engage to be followed up swiftly with
Armillary Sash to secure an easy kill/
Another amazing use of this is to secure tower kills without having to dive low health enemies who have fled to the "safety" of their tower but decided to stay and defend, the more Gods huddled in the tower, the better as the repetitve bounces can quickly kill those who only need 1/2 hits to die, this can be triggered off of minions or Gods.
Flaming Spear
This is your self buff and offers multiple benefits as well as the tandem for your passive, consuming your stacks to self heal

This should typically be used when you are planning to engage with
Armillary Sash to go for the kill. The only time you should avoid using this is if you are saving your stacks to heal and secure a bait kill or if your absolutely positive you can close your kill without the buff as it can be saved for a second or even 3rd engage. Proper use of this buff can lead to many double and triple kills with good timing and tandem with
Universe Ring Toss and
Armillary Sash.
Armillary Sash
The second power house of Ne Zha's kit, this skill hooks to the target and pulls you in while dealing damage and providing a 1 second stun.
Damage:70/100/130/160/190(+100% of your physical power)
Stun:1 second
This skill works similarly to a leap but it must hit the target and it can only pull you to an enemy target, not friendly. It has a rather beefy 10 unit range (the tool tip stats "radius" but i find that deceptive to new Ne Zha players as it fires in a straight line) which makes it highly effective for closing fleeing gods.

You almost always want to use this for securing the kill or going in for your ultimate. It should be noted that this can be broken by Purification although it is very rare to see someone do that, most players will typically go Sanctuary to save themselves instead but typically still gets you in range of your ult and usually results in a kill 9 times of out 10 unless it's a god with a good escape game. Late game, you can usually kill any squishy god's with
Universe Ring Toss and a quick
Armillary Sash as the crit damage quickly reach upwards of 1200-1600 pretty much insta-killing them. This can be effective for tower dives if you miss the kill, just do so cautiously.
Wind Fire Wheels
Ne Zha's ultimate and one of the best in the game as it is painfully difficult to predict and block. It delivers massive amounts of damage as every hit in your ult can be a critical hit with proper timing.
Damage Per Hit:40/60/80/100/120(+30% of your physical power)
Damage(Landing):60/100/140/180/220(+50% of your physical power)
Your ult launches the target in the air and prompts a short "mini-game" so to speak. You just need to click when the "Crit" circle Icons light up, each successfully timed attack becomes an automatic critical hit.

Not a lot of extra to cover here. This can be used as an escape in extreme and dire situations when fleeing but only should be used as such if you can't turn around and kill them while they chase. This also does some splash damage on landing which inadvertently leads to double kills and beyond when a team fight is being pressed in your favor.
I have a different order so he is effective early game as well
warrior tabi, jotunn's wraith, deathbringer, rage, malice, wind demon
his ult takes down anyone who isn't tanky
combos I like to do:
1 early to get rid of minions and to get the enemy to have a little damage
