The last two items can be built as a replacement for crusher
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
SMITEFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new god, or fine tune your favorite SMITE gods’s build and strategy.

assuming I read the comments right you start with a Charged Morningstar. yes it does provide you some sustain and 10 more power I fear your clear and early trade potential will suffer compared to a regular start with Hunter's Blessing and morning star. They gain 25 power to their basics while you get only get 20.
moving true the game assuming a regular mirror matchup game you will probably have to back around the 1500 gold point so you won't be able to afford Heartseeker (1900 gold point). Meanwhile your opponent will have gotten either Warrior Tabi (going to assume ability based vs ability based) or a charged mornignstar (rushing trans). Making him hit harder for a small while especially if he gotten boots. this does change when you grab your heartseeker as you will spike over it with the power (the passive will only at around 20 after mitigations).
During the farming for the next item Hunter's Blessing will usually transform closing the gap a little and if your opponent had gotten Transcendence he will also have some stacks in it which starts closing the gap a small bit (an unstacked trans provides around 50 power on a lvl 1 god and provides 1 power per lvl and 1 power every ~3 stacks).
the moment you both have shoes you are 200 gold (around 2 waves) ahead in your build. assuming he continues with a hydra's you will have it slightly earlier, however your opponent will be stronger the point he gets it as his trans will have stacked enough power to overtake heartseeker. Also will he be close to having it stacked and this provides him with more cooldown then you have at this point.
from that point onward your opponent will be ahead in dps for most of the game until you have a trans stacked too (and when he sold his blessing), which will be a lot slower in conquest at the "last item" point as you need to group and help with fg. The ability to proc heartseeker 3 times (per god) in a full kit rotation is not going to help you that much to outdamage your opponent (who will also have harder ticking crusher procs).
also building a late minion stacking item does point to you plan on farming instead of fighting, the exact thing you're doing early game.
In this case, Trans would be 5th, HS, 6th, and a replacement for Boots last.
The stats are very strong. High power, decent flat pen, and some mana and MP5 are all great. But if you're waiting for this to get online, that means you're delaying Boots for quite a long time. And when you consider the passive, it has more damage potential later when enemy health is higher.
There's a reason this is always built in the later portions of a build. And build progression with consideration of getting cheaper items online first to help with general power curve is important as well.
But wait, is this for Conquest or some other mode?
That being said, I would prefer a different order:
Transcendence
Warrior Tabi
Jotunn's Wrath/ The Crusher
Jotunn's Wrath/ The Crusher
Hydra's Lament
Titan's Bane
Heartseeker as a late game boots replacement
