Go for a Round Shield if your enemy solo laner is physical
Alternatively, go for a Enchanted Kusari if the enemy solo laner is magical.

Grab a Midgardian's Mail if the enemy has a lot of auto-attack-based character, and bonus points if there's one in your lane! Cringe solo ADCs need to be destroyed. Do not pick up this and Witchblade and Frostbound Hammer as they do not stack.
Grab a Spectral Armor if the enemy is building crit items such as Rage, Deathbringer, Wind Demon, Ornate Arrow, Atalanta's Bow, Shadowsteel Shuriken, and Fail-Not
Grab a Mantle of Discord if you require more protection and you're being blown up in fights, make sure you keep an eye on the cooldown of the Mantle of Discord passive and use it to your advantage.
Grab a Bulwark of Hope if you require more health/magical protection and want that juicy shield, good if the enemy has a lot of fast burst magical damage.
Grab a Toxic Blade if the enemy has a lot of healing, this is useful for healer gods such as: Yemoja, Hel, Cliodhna with Soul Eater, Camazotz, Bastet with Soul Eater, Aphrodite, Chaac, Tyr, Artio, Eset Terra, Guan Yu, Shiva, Chang'e, Olorun, Horus, Ra, Baron Samedi, Ah Muzen Cab or any god with Soul Eater.
Grab a Frostbound Hammer if you have no friends. Do not pick up this and Midgardian's Mail and Witchblade as they do not stack.
Grab a Witchblade if they have a lot of auto-attack gods (double-hunter etc). Do not pick up this and Midgardian's Mail and Frostbound Hammer as they do not stack.

Nanikin Scepter to be upgraded into Manikin Mace at level 20
Katana to be upgraded into Golden Blade
Pick up Purification Beads or Blink Rune depending on enemy team comp.
Manikin Mace is a great item for AA boxers, this allows us to use our auto attacks to overwhelm and damage enemies at a fast rate.
Golden Blade is a great item, is inexpensive and helps a lot with jungle clear, and gives you a small AOE damage effect in narrow team fights. You could sell this for a Bloodforge or a Mantle of Discord / Spirit Robe late game.
Stone Cutting Sword is a great item that will steal protection from your target and it has a high amount of power with it, as well as movement speed.
Qin's Sais is a very effective item in the current meta with health pools being higher, this will do more damage by scaling off the enemy's health. Very good item to get to shred down any enemy god.
Winged Blade gives a great amount of slow immunity, movement speed, and magical protections
The Executioner provides 28% penetration, 40 power, and 20% attack speed which is very good and the item is very inexpensive. A very good pickup.
Serrated Edge provides us with 20% pen, power, lifesteal, movement speed, and extra power/lifesteal for every stack of Cruelty, which stacks for every non-ultimate ability on cooldown.
Can replace Qin's Sais with Serrated Edge

Stone Cutting Sword is a great item that will steal protection from your target and it has a high amount of power with it, as well as movement speed.
Witchblade gives a good amount of physical protection, health, movement speed, and 10% CDR. The main reason for buying this item however is for the passive which decreases nearby enemies' attack speed by 25%. If you need anti-heal replace Witchblade for a Toxic Blade
Spirit Robe provides +40 of each protection, 10% CDR, and 20% CCR, but the passive gives you 15% damage mitigation whenever you are hit with a hard crowd control effect. This item is a very good pickup in almost all cases.
Spectral Armor provides high physical protection, health and mana but more importantly it reduces incoming critical strike bonus damage by 40%, this is very effective against anyone building crit items such as Rage, Deathbringer, Wind Demon, Ornate Arrow, Atalanta's Bow, Shadowsteel Shuriken, and Fail-Not. If they are not building crit, feel free to go for a Mantle of Discord or a Witchblade
Grab a Witchblade if they have a lot of auto-attack gods (double-hunter etc). Do not pick up this and Midgardian's Mail and Frostbound Hammer as they do not stack.
Grab a Qin's Sais if you want to pump out more damage and the enemy has high health numbers.

Grab a Spirit Robe if you require more protections and the enemy team has a lot of hard CC.
Grab a Bulwark of Hope if you require more health/magical protection and want that juicy shield, good if the enemy has a lot of fast burst magical damage.

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

Manikin Mace reduces attack speed by 10% per hit, max 4 stacks. So in 5 hits, it would be:
0% / 10% / 20% / 30% / 40% (max)
Frostbound Hammer (currently) reduces MS by 30% (for Osiris who's a melee god), and attack speed is reduced by 25% after the first hit. So, 5 hits it would look like this:
0% / 25% / 25% / 25% / 25%
AS from items goes by highest value. If you were to have Manikin Mace and Frostbound Hammer, your 5 hits would be as follows:
0% / 25% (FB) / 25% (FB) / 30% (MM) / 40% (MM)
FB would give you stronger initial effect, with Manikin applying higher values later. So while after a certain point Manikin will be the defining factor for AS, FB still provides its own value in the base stats, along with the added function of the MS slow. It's not terrible to mix these two.
A couple cookie cutter suggetions on how I would build each myself:
Solo - Fighter's Mask > Warrior's Axe ( Sundering Axe at level 20) > Mystical Mail > Talisman of Energy > Pridwen > Hide of the Urchin > Swap Fighter's for Void Shield
Jungle - Manikin Scepter ( Manikin Hidden Blade at level 20) > Stone Cutting Sword > Witchblade > Winged Blade > Qin's Sais > Magi's Cloak
I would go further in depth but gotta go to work, hope this helped!
Chaac also isnt a major threat for obvious reasons
Only thing good here is just Tyr being somewhat of threat because his constant CC and heals.
