Notes Im sorry, i don't know all items and making builds is new. I have heard that building crit on Pele isn't the best, however it works really well for me when i use this build. So, it may not be for everyone. If you see issues, please show and help me.

Notes I found warriors blessing more useful for her since i had played more arena and clash with her than most other modes. If Jungling in conquest, try out Assassin's Blessing.

Situational/Alternatives

Notes These could possibly replace some of your damage items to counter healing gods, but help add some penetration. Also, Bloodforge could be an alternative to Soul Eater just for a blood shield, but I would rather use Soul Eater mainly to be able to heal more when attacking. Deathbringer is personally an item up to your own playstyle. Your crit damage is increased, but i prefer all my damage increased by 35% for a few seconds, each time i crit.

Better items for her (not in purchase order):

Assassin's Blessing, Warrior Tabi, Soul Eater, Jotunn's Wrath, The Crusher, Titan's Bane, Void Shield, Hydra's Lament, Magi's Cloak/ Mantle of Discord (only need one), Ancile, and Brawler's Beat Stick. Don't go with attack speed items outside of The Crusher and never build crit on Pele.

Welcome, and isn't making builds fun?

Well, I'd say that Crits really aren't the best/normal direction for a Pele build to take. She doesn't have an attack steroid, which is one of the optimal reasons to build crit.

Normally, you'll see her build a bit of protections (like you've indicated below...but you missed out on Void Shield which is also very good for assassins).

As for her damage output outside of her abilities (which she's mainly an ability-based god, so where are the CDR items?), you might see better effect, at least when building into CDR, to weave basics in-between abilities and get the damage bonus from Hydra's Lament.

Then again...with Rage + Malice, the focus is a bit on ability damage...so if you can get a crit (which is likely due to the high chance from Rage), Malice's passive can allow you to do some really good damage with her abilities, as long as you hold onto them long enough.

So...I'd say this is almost troll, but with decent / proper build progression when wanting to build this way. I'm guessing your purpose is to get those crits so you can unleash your abilities? Just...it's a gamble since she's squishy.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
