This is the build that I like to run with Skadi. Why build her so tanky? Skadi has no escapes! Also the first three items are very cheap, and even if you suck at playing Smite like me, you will be able to have all three items at about 10 to 11 minutes into any match.
Why have so much cool-down? Skadi is like a one trick pony without Kaldr, so if Kaldr is down, you will die, Having lots of cool-down allows you to spam your abilities. Why no crit? Well instead of the gloves and transendence, you could build for crit. I just don't do it because it costs more gold. Why have items that require stacks? Skadi is a master lane clearer, clearing a lane with her is very easy and fast.
Obviously this build is not the best when it comes to damage and obviously you can't 1v1 someone with it. Generally with Skadi, you want to hang back and attack. Yet this build is just something I like, so I wanted to share it to the community. This is also my first post ever, so I am a noob at smitefire.
If your looking for a damage build, you could check literally any other build post.
Pros
1. You can play more aggressively.
2. Lots of cool-down so you can spam abilities.
3. Kaldr is op.
4. With this build it's cheep and allows her to be kind of tanky. Tanky enough to not be melted by other op gods.
5. Skadi Says ice puns.
6. Great lane clearer.
7. It's a somewhat cheep build in terms of gold.
Cons
1. No escapes.
2. Without Kldr, she is a one trick pony.
3. No crit
4. Decent damage but not enough to five crit shot someone.
5. You will have to rely on team work.
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

I'm here so I might aswell give you some tips.
First of, defensive items on a hunter is almost always out of the question. As a hunter you'll want to get as much power as possible. Your small health pool usually makes building defenses useless on a hunter.
Only build those if you're really getting pummeled.
Second, you'll want to build
You may want to provide alot more information in this guide, and use alot more BB.
I'm not going to vote (yet). I hope you see this so you can pick this guide up again and work on it. Alot.
