Switch out Gladiator Shield for an alternative item when you've finished your build because the heals you receive from it don't do anything in late game. In addition, swap out crusher for another late game offensive item.
Swap out Gladiator's Shield for an alternative item in the late game, for something like Midgardian's Mail or Spirit Robe.

Really good counter to god's like Hades.

Array ( [god] => Array ( [god_id] => 63 [display_name] => Bellona => bellona ) [scoreVal] => 2 [notes] =>
Bellona, the Goddess of War

Basic Information
Bellona might have one of the best early game's but Achilles can easily counter her to some extent. Most Bellona's go hammer first ability so just pick your 1 and wait for her to 2. Once she's winding up, stun her with your 1 and hit minions as well. It makes the lane a bit more even but she still nonetheless has a better early game with her hammer clearing the minions. Be careful of Bellona's 3 because she can heal as well when engaging in combat but as long as you keep a distance with your 3s and heal off of her then you should be good. When it comes to ultimate's, you'll only see Bellona use her ult when she's either: chasing you, running away from you, or baiting your ultimate. So you should wait for her to ult first before you do. Other than that, the fights are pretty even, and your late game is a bit better than Bellona's in my opinion.
Early game, Mid game, and Late game

In the early game, Just going to put this out there, you will lose the early game to Bellona if she goes her Hammer ability first. Clear the wave as much as you can, get your mana jungle buff, and play passively until your mid game phase. You don't want to risk beefing a Bellona in the early game unless you are certain you can handle the burden. Cancel Bellona's Hammer ability as she winds it up with your 1 and get some chip damage on the minion wave while your at it as well. In the mid game, This is where the tables start to turn.. As Achilles you can dominate Bellona in the wave as long as you constantly heal off of Bellona and the minions, cancel her 2 and don't let her get much heal off as well. Don't try to execute Bellona if she hasn't ulted, she will just jump away and you might risk yourself to a potential gank or turret fire. In the late game, Bellona will try to front line it up but if you harass her in team fights then she'll be forced to push back. Be careful of how much Bellona can absorb, usually she will be in her normal sword and shield mode so you won't get much poke damage off; however, still try to poke every now and then.
Important Reminders
So as the Hero of the Trojan War, what should you primarily take away from all of this? Save your ultimate for when Bellona ults, but use it if you have to escape. AA cancel Bellona's hammer ability (2) with your 1 by stunning her in the wind up process and get chip damage on the minion wave. Constantly be moving around Bellona so it's harder for her to aim her ability's on you, hitting or missing one ability can impact the result of a fight. Use the range to your advantage and don't let Bellona heal too much off of you or the wave. ) 1
Array ( [god] => Array ( [god_id] => 99 [display_name] => King Arthur => king-arthur ) [scoreVal] => 2 [notes] =>
King Arthur, Wielder of Excalibur

Basic Information
Currently, King Arthur is a good counter to Achilles' constant pressure, damage, and heals. You will find out that he isn't pleasant to play against. King Arthur has good wave clear and can chase down Achilles in combat and when retreating. Make sure that when King Arthur does his swirly wave clear that you 1 and stun him so that it cancels, then it will be a fair fight if you wish to keep minions at bay. King Arthur's ult can chunk your health bar as well so keep in mind that it comes up pretty quickly, it's similar to your ult on him.
Earlygame, Midgame, and Lategame

In the early game, Try to avoid damage from King Arthur's waveclear and remain fighting on the sides picking either the archers or soldiers off. Constantly 3 and hit King Arthur with minions so that you out value him in damage and get a bit of poke here and there. Stun King Arthur with your 1 when he does his spinny wave clear. Constantly attacking King Arthur with auto's when you can is important to keep his health relatively low while you can heal up gradually. This will force him to use his health potions and retreat if he runs low on health and can't maintain lane dominance anymore.

In the midgame, Be more aggressive with King Arthur because if you've established early lane dominance then he will try to push back as his character gets better in the mid-late game phase. However, if you've been pushed back yourself then you must push back because the mid-game is the strongest for Achilles when you armor off and get your core. Be mindful of King Arthur's ultimate as he will try to ult you more so constantly juking him and sidestepping are essential to your play style against him but also keep in mind that you must auto attack him constantly as you can clear the wave easily at this point. Help your team do objectives and help the other waves, you might have to group up a couple of times but it's better to assist the team rather than push your lane at this point in the game.

In the lategame, At this stage it's pretty equal; however, don't be as aggressive because at this stage if you are caught in a 1v1, someone on their team will definitely come over and gank your fight. Be mindful of your positioning and assist your teammates with objectives and group up, pushing your lane is no longer necessary in the lategame.

Important Reminders
So as the Hero of the Trojan War, what should you primarily take away from all of this? Cancel King Arthur's wave clear with your 1. Be mindful of King Arthur's ultimate Don't group yourself up with the minion wave too much, King Arthur has a lot of area damage that you can get poked with. Try to get earlygame dominance, if you can't then take the fight to King Arthur in the midgame. ) 1
Array ( [god] => Array ( [god_id] => 72 [display_name] => Amaterasu => amaterasu ) [scoreVal] => 4 [notes] =>
Amaterasu, the Shining Light

Basic Information
Amaterasu doesn't really have a strong early or mid game; however, don't be easily fooled because her game is the strongest mid-late. So an early aggro and lane dominance is required against Amaterasu if you wish to get ahead. Be careful of Amaterasu's ult as well, CC immune and can chase you down, so if she ults, then you ult to escape or tank the damage. Overall, Amaterasu shouldn't be a problem for you to take care of, barely anyone plays her in solo.
Earlygame, Midgame, and Lategame

In the early game, Be aggressive against Amaterasu. As Achilles, this is your time to shine against her, use it in your favor, get ahead of her in gold, and you'll unleash havoc in the mid/late game. Amaterasu's ult can chunk your HP and leave you stunned, save your ult for when she ults because she can also use it to escape. Additionally, you can side step and juke her ult stun, be careful though. In the mid game, Now that you've hopefully gotten ahead of Amaterasu, you need to use it against her because this is where her game elevates. Keep the wave dominance and occasionally group up with your team and complete objectives. Be careful of Amaterasu's aura, after three basic attacks on you she applies an aura on you which lets you take 10% more damage from all sources. In the late game, In the late game, the fight between the both of you evens out and almost all the poke damage you attempt on her can be healed back by her abilities. So focus your attention primarily on other gods.
Important Reminders
So as the Hero of the Trojan War, what should you primarily take away from all of this? Save your ult for when she ults, if needed though, use it as an escape. Be cautious of the amount of damage you take from the aura that's placed on you by Amaterau's passive. Be careful of her ability cancels that she has with her dash. Take her out in the early game so the mid game is much more enjoyable. ) 1

Guan Yu's are the least of your worries as long as you cancel his 3 with your 1 stun as most of his wave clear relies on his 3. Save your ult for when he ults to avoid damage and getting stunned.
Earlygame, Midgame, and Lategame

In Progress..
Important Reminders
In Progress.. ) 1

Watch out for Hercules' ult, but if you have good reaction time you can side step it most of the time. Don't be too aggro though, if you've asserted the lane dominance in the early game then don't push upHercules to his tower because he can punish you hard for it. Essentially, the plan is for you to keep Hercules in the tower so that he can't get as much gold but don't come too close, eventually, he will lose patience and try to clear the wave and this is where you can punish him. Osiris is almost reliant on his opponent not being highly mobilized. However, this is one of Achilles' specialties. Whenever Osiris presses 3, he reduces the amount of damage you can do to him and stuns you if you remain in the circle so just 3 your way out of it to avoid getting stunned and 3 back in. Constantly stun Osiris with your 1 and hit minions to assert dominance and heal occasionally. Don't group yourself up with the minions so that Osiris' 2 doesn't get as much value on it, and hide behind minions so that he can't land a 1 on you when possible. You can dominate Osiris in the early mid and late game phases. Most Osiris' play tank and go frost bound hammer so that they slow you down but your 3 can easily get you of those scenarios. Unlike Bakasura's ultimate, you can 3 out of Ymir's ult and punish him easily. As you get to know your opponent, you can also side step his freeze and eventually his wave clear. Constant stuns will force him to stay in tower as Achilles excels against slow tanks like Ymir. Array ( [god] => Array ( [god_id] => 19 [display_name] => Bakasura => bakasura ) [scoreVal] => 1 [notes] =>
Bakasura, the Great Devourer

Basic Information
Bakasura is a big problem if he ganks or enters your lane in mid-late game. In the early game try to keep Bakasura at bay and don't let him get ahead of you. Keeping distance between yourself and Bakasura is important because he has a jump ability which can close that distance quickly and then go into his ult which disables your three escape. Unfortunately; in the current meta, you cannot just fight Bakasura under his ult and you will die unless you aegis. Plus, chasing Bakasura is almost impossible as well because he has high mobility and can heal significantly off of one minion which cancels your execution ultimate.
Early game, Mid game, and Late game

In the early game, If you see a Bakasura on the opponents team, don't fully push the opponent into their tower. As Achilles, you want to achieve lane dominance; yes, however, you must see if the Bakasura has a taste for you. If the Bakasura hasn't ganked you once 5-10 minutes into the match then it'd be safe to bring on the more aggressive Achilles while you transition into your mid game stage. This is either because Bakasura is scared of you or he's too busy helping mid, the duo lane, or catching up with his level, but probably the second options. However, if the Bakasura has been ganking you constantly then purchase 1-2 wards and place them in your side of the jungle (around both of the mana buffs) and play a more passive play style. If you are constantly dying to ganks then don't go past the half, patience is in your favor here. If you can though, if the Bakasura slips, try to take advantage of that and punish him. Personally, many Bakasura's have tried to gank me, I predict their ability and sidestep it and stun punish with my 1 then follow it up with two consecutive 3 strikes. Sometimes, it ends up with a kill and it gives me a slight advantage over my opponent and gives me a confidence boost. I am allowed to punish Bakasura because in the early game phase, Bakasura isn't tanky and relies on his 3 to regain HP. In the mid game, If Bakasura has been ganking you, ask your jungle to assist you as well by ganking your lane. However, if you have been able to manage Bakasura then the better. Tell your JG to keep helping the other lanes while you keep Bakasura in check. If you haven't been ganked, expect a visit from him soon, Bakasura's usually get ahead of other jgs in the early game and this makes them overconfident sometimes. In the late game, In the late game phase you will primarily be grouped up with your team, watch Bakasura's ult cool down and drain his health bar slowly down by constant pokes. You don't want to engage Bakasura head on because you will lose the fight 10 out of 10 times by either him auto attacking you or by insta ulting, and avoid chasing him unless you are certain that you can execute him.
Important Reminders
So as the Hero of the Trojan War, what should you primarily take away from all of this? Pay attention to when Bakasura ults because that's an indicator for when it's safer for you to attack. Don't go full aggro if you know the Bakasura is out there and he usually ganks your lane, ward it up and play more passively. Try to get ahead of Bakasura in the early game if you can, but realize that in the late game he can kill you no matter what you do. ) 1

Try to get ahead of Cu Chulainn in the early game as it's pretty even throughout the entire match. Cu Chulainn's ultimate does damage and lifts you up which is a perfect set up for most JG ganks because for a second you're in the air. There's not much you can do about it as you can't predict when they will ult because he's not on mana so just keep in mind of his cool down timer. "My name is Mike. I am a casual player who enjoys playing the solo role in ranked conquest."
Casual player who plays ranked... interesting. Must be some sort of new thing. But truly this makes no sense. You cannot be a casual player yet also play ranked. You're no longer a casual player then.
There is a reason it's called a "casual" playlist and a "ranked" playlist.
Some other problems: Crusher suggested on a solo laner(if you want to remain tanky while staying ahead there is better options like Void shield/shifters etc...), Hastened Katana suggest on Achilles when he has his 1, 3 and ult to catch people/stick to them (also the fact you should AA-cancel with his 1, 2, 3 so even less reason to get hastened).
You have no mention of: speed elixir, blackthorn (especially since buffs), blink, witchblade, brawler's beat stick, sprint, winged blade, bulwark, shogun's, spectral, cursed ankh, talisman of energy and a few other situational choices.
You haven't said anything about how his 3 is used for AA-cancelling. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CjNnnZU6FXo&feature=youtu.be&t=1076 (This video has a timestamp for it, but you could watch the whole video from start if you wish).

Also: "If you wish to go into the solo lane then keep your armor on until you've completed your first 3 items (your core), so usually in this case it'd be Warrior Tabi, Gladiator's Shield, and Void Shield. Keeping your armor on allows you to have additional HP and protections against your lane opponent and any lurking jungle. However, you should take your armor off as soon as you have your core and start building your physical and speed, this is because by the time you've finished building your core, the mid game phase has already begun." Isn't really the case in some situations. You shouldn't always be going armour first at level 1. Some games you might start no armour and switch to armour later, others you may do the opposite (as you said), however some you may keep armour on/off the same all game.
Also, although most of your base builds seem fine as a universal consideration, and you DO provide some "alternative late game items," I'd say some items are missing. Witchblade should be an additional consideration against strong basic attack comps. Runic Shield is already in your "Against Magical Solo without Healing Comp," and I find it weird to be in your late game items listing...if anything, its effectiveness sharply drops off late-game, and I would personally never suggest it late. Hastened Katana seems like a weird option. If you want more MS, I think Stone Cutting Sword would be better, and would fit better with his AA canceling kit. Also, some of those late-game items shouldn't be late-game, but just "situational." If facing a basic attacker in lane, you might opt for an earlier Midgardian Mail for example.
Think Blink Rune could be an optional relic, even for Solo, and especially due to his assassination capability in catching a retreating enemy.
Curious why you put a point into Radiant Glory at level 10, and a point into Shield of Achilles at 9, when it seems you value the function of Combat Dodge to a higher degree, with it being the priority in the early portions of the game. I'd expect Dodge to be maxed at level 9, with Shield the 2nd rush, and no further points in Glory until those two were finished.
I did read the writeup on some of the abilities, and like some of the points you make.
