Bancroft's Talon- Pretty good life steal item that will get you some health back from minions and enemy gods early game.
Shoes of Focus- No build is complete without boots. These bad boys will get you some decent power and more importantly "cooldown"
Chronos' Pendant- Another cooldown item that will help you spam your Crush which will be your most damaging move other than your ult.
Spear of Desolation- See a pattern, a good cooldown item to help you spam moves even faster.
Book of Thoth- Stacks, Stacks, Stacks. This item literally gives you bonus damage for getting kills from Gods and Minions. Which by the time you fully build this, should be easy to stack.
Obsidian Shard- As recommended by other users, its a a good item to build against tanks.

Hey! Its ya boi Tarrzy here with a simple build for one of my favorite and most played mages Scylla. If you play the game causally and want to pick up Scylla on the fly this is the build for you. I've played smite on and off since season 2 and Scylla has been my go to for games that I want a competitive edge. If you ever have a question regarding the build, Contact me on Twitter @Tarrzzy and feel free to add me On Xbox to play. GT: Tarrzy
Scylla is a pretty damn good mage. And a good Scylla in any game mode, Ranked or Casual, can make you hate yourself :).
Key notes: Scylla's passive isn't great early game but has high snowball potential around level 10. Once you level up her moves to the max, it grants you an additional 25 Magical Power. That combined with her Wrap (Which can wrap multiple enemies once maxed) and her Crush, she does stupid amounts of damage and can easily hit max magical power pretty fast. Her third ability is very good for pushing enemies or getting out of a team fight. And her ult is very overpowered. If you kill an enemy god with it, it grants you the ability to use it again. There have been a plethora of team wipes with that ult. if you can hit that ult consistently, you will own that battlefield.
Basically your Crush will lead you to a majority of your kills. The ideal situation is to lead with your Sic'em and while they are wrapped, hit them with crush. With this build you can spam it every 5 seconds. it does major damage. Your Ult will come back every 54 seconds and if you miss it, you'll pretty much waste opportunity. You want to make use of your passive so you want get that maxed out fast. Referring the skill chart will be the best way to max out your moves fastest. Then putting the additional skill once you max out crush to Sic' em. Then your pretty much taking time to max out Sic'em while putting an additional level to Your Ult and dash. You can max them out once you get Crush and Sic'em maxed out first.
Cons: 1. Shes a mage. She dies 0-100 real quick.
2. If you get under leveled, you have a very hard time getting back on level.
3. She's annoying to play against.
4. Will easily get targeted by assassins on the daily.
5. If you miss your moves it won't be a fun time.
Pros: 1. Very high snowball potential. You start to over lever the enemy, you can end the game fast.
2. You can spam her moves pretty quickly which can devastate an enemy team.
3. Her ult if used correctly can take out even the strongest tanks in the game if you can hit more than one person with it and kill one of the lower health gods.
4. She's pretty rare to play against.
5. If you hit your moves it will be a great time.

Pen boots, Chronos' pendant, divine ruin, obsidian shard, soul reaver/tahuti, soul gem.
Book of thoth, shoes of focus, divine ruin/spear of desolation, obsidian shard, polynomicon, soul reaver.
Bancrofts talon, shoes of focus, divine ruin, obsidian shard, soul reaver, tahuti/chronos' pendant.
Of course, divine ruin can be swapped out for other items, but usually obsidian shard should be built as there will be at least 1 tank, maybe 2.
Also the "new" Book of Thoth passive only works on items that offer mana, so if you do really want to keep it, build some mana items like Book of the Dead. Remember that BoT can really put you behind, so be careful building.
