Tank the damage easily, give some basic attack back, your ult and two do pretty good damage, the rest does very little, but it doesn't matter, cause you can do it forever, and when you finally die, no you don't, it was all a prank, keep up the slow damage

Pretty bad build. No dedicated magical defense item, and no gauntlet of thebes on a support. Also Nemean is a situational item.

How exactly is reflecting basic attack damage situational? More effective in some cases than others, sure, but I mean it works no matter what. I find it really easy to simply run in, tank damage, deal a decent amount, keep going, repeat the cycle, go back when I need to. Three deaths max. I don’t add a magical defense item because almost all magical gods can’t hit you as well if you’re in there face, as I am using both him and Artio, and the one game I played with Kuzenbo. I play casually and these builds work fantastically. I’m not saying they’re perfect or pro level, but I don’t wanna see the same three builds

Because it depends on team comps, and also nemean isn't that effective unless you're also building thorns. And also Nemean is usually built to counter crit.

I use the builds for whatever game mode, usually, and it works fine. It’s not ridiculous or contradictory, learn what it means to contradict. For somebody with long distance, it is hard for them to hit somebody hitting them and moving around them. And I’m talking about I don’t want to use the same build as everybody else. It takes away some fun
