This is my personal build. I'm not pro so don't get mad if it's not to your liking.

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

Or, Book of Souls, Healing Potion, 2 x Mana Potion for build 2.
Improved builds:
Build 1: Shoes of the Magi, Chronos' Pendant, Soul Gem, Obsidian Shard, Soul Reaver, Rod of Tahuti or Divine Ruin - though Divine would be built earlier in the build).
Build 2: Shoes of the Magi, Book of Thoth, Divine Ruin, Obsidian Shard, Soul Reaver, Chronos' Pendant. (If anti-heal isn't needed then swap Divine Ruin for Spear of Desolation or Soul Gem in this build).
And remember, Potion of Magical Might gives 10% cdr.
In non-Conquest modes, Attacker's Blessing is probably the better choice of blessing. What you're doing here with Mage's + Focus + Chronos + Deso is maxing CDR by Chronos, then having to replace Mage's with Deso, otherwise overcapping CDR.
As Kriega said, the Potion gives 10% CDR, so that's a nice late-game option. You also have the possibility of picking up blue buffs, which also give 10% CDR.
So, definitely start with Shoes of the Magi. In a Conquest situation, his build suggestions are solid...you don't need Chronos' CDR that early, so delay it and get other items that will help out your utility in other ways... Soul Gem for sustain (and the CDR + solid heal will do more for you in most cases than Bancroft's Talon as you've got listed), or Divine Ruin for anti-heal (which you can apply very easily with your kit).
In a teamfight mode, then I wouldn't actually go for Kriega's builds...I would prioritize early flat pen and CDR, with a much earlier Chronos' Pendant as you've got listed...but again, not maxing CDR. Attacker's blessing, Magi, Chronos, Deso or Divine or SG, Reaver, 2x situationals depending on need.
In arena I would go Cdr/pen boots, deso, soul gem, soul reaver, obsidian , tahuti/divine. In arena I would also get tier 2 boots as Blessing is pointless.
That said, in Arena, I'd probably skip the blessing altogether due to being such a quick mode...I was mostly saying that IF I consider a blessing for her in non-Conquest modes, it'll be Attacker's or nothing. Clash/Siege/Joust are perfect situations for Attacker's though.
FYI, my general Arena build for her is Shoes of the Magi, Chronos' Pendant, Spear of Desolation. Past that, it varies. Divine Ruin against more than 1 healer, almost always Soul Reaver, Obsidian Shard ONLY if there are multiple tanks (often see only 1), Mantle of Discord or Magi's Cloak if I feel the need for them (getting jumped a lot).
