Swap Shoes of Focus with any Additional or Situational item after buying Elixir of Speed.
Since this build can function the same in Middle Lane, your starter will need to be a bit different.
What's happening, guys, Stuke here with another guide. Today I decided to focus on a goddess that I found a bit more interesting when compared to others in her class. In this guide, we're going to be taking a look at the quiet, beautiful, and undisputed Queen of Solo, Chang'e.
Note: you don't have to follow this guide to the smallest detail, these are suggestions on how to play Chang'e. I encourage you to look at the comment section below and see other suggestions.
While most passives will give you a slight advantage to improve your or allies stats for combat, but Chang'e passive something a bit more non-combative than some of the others. Making use of her rabbit companion, Chang'e can purchase items from the store form any place on the map. The rabbit will make a journey back to the fountain to retrieve the item and run back to Chang'e with the gift she wanted. The second part of this passive is that every time Chang'e uses an ability she suffers no movement speed penalties. Perfect for dodging or getting a slight speed boost when you're chasing or escaping.
Chang'e loves power, mana and cool-down reduction. Since most, if not all, Chang'e players reside in the Solo lane, building up some of her defenses will make encounters with the enemy a bit smoother than if getting no protections against potential ganks. Here is a selection of items that can synergize with Chang'e that could be a nice addition to your build.
In conclusion, Chang'e is a Mage that doesn't like to sit in the back but get up close and bust a move or refuse to leave the lane she's occupying. Always keep the enemy on their toes, use your rabbit to get the items needed to survive, and remember to dance your little heart out.

I want to add something, which is that Change's early game isn't bad as you wrote there. Her Crescent Moon Dance is doing 80 base damage (with mage's blessing it should be almost 100) and it has a 6 second cooldown.
She also has 1.01 attack speed, which is a lot for a mage, and a lot for any god to be honest, counting that gods like Hel, He Bo, Terra, Anhur and more have a lack of early attack speed.
That's all i have to say. Good guide!!
Are you talking about Chang'e or the bunny? One of them is tiny, the other isn't.
Anyway...
Nevertheless, congratulations on delivering another good guide Stuke!
