Aim to clear the duo wave before the enemy, then steal their jungle camps.
Waves spawn every 30 seconds, so you have 30 seconds to steal their camps.
Jungle buff camps are worth close to the amount waves give, so stealing an enemy jungle buff camp can put you up about 1 wave and the enemy down 1 wave.
From here do your jungle camps and then aim to kill the enemy and freeze wave/zone them of being near to the duolane waves, so you can deny them of all farm.
To freeze wave is simple just aim to last hit the enemy wave minions, when the 2 waves are fighting one another. Simply keep the enemy about away from your wave about the distance of a ra snipe. This way when your minions die the enemy will be out of range to receive exp/gold. Do this enough the enemy will be behind 3-5 levels and 1-2k+ gold, making it insanely hard for them to get caught back up since gf is about 150-300g or more.
At level 5 rotate to mid lane and help whoever is going to carry the match and share waves and farm with mid.
Once you are level 12 and can buy thorns as your 2nd relic and should have talaria and hide of nemean lion or more by now, aim to kill enemy hunters whenever you please, by simply burning your basic ability on them and popping your thorn relic when it seems like they'll burn abilities on autos on you.
This build will also make you very hard to kill and very strong because of vamana passive gaining power with physical defense. Enjoy rekting everything and have fun!

First I wouldn’t start with a double chalice start because it’s a lot of money wasted.
Secondly this isn’t really a support build. Support is for helping your team and even though you say it’s for support you do a lot more solo laner stuff.
I would also never buy Spectral Armor and Hide of The Nemean in the same build because if I’m not mistaken the two items counteract eachother and overall it’s just not a good item.
Vamana is not a support character he has next to no peel and has bad cc for setting up for his team.
I don't believe they do because Hide reflects back damage before any mitigations, which Spectral technically has since it reduces crit damage by 40%. Spectral generally isn't picked up because it doesn't really bring much to the table outside of its passive that other items do and that have better passives.
I do agree that this is definitely not a good support build and shouldn't be used as one.
Spectral should NOT decrease the reflect damage from Nemean. It's stupid.
That said, Spectral Armor is extremely low overall utility, as the passive only mitigates crits. Crits are already not 100% so you're basing this function off of the enemy's current crit chance, and besides the standard hunter, most other roles that use basic attacks build Qin's. It's got good physical protection, but no health or HP5. It's got a great mana base but why would you want mana in an item like this? Change that mana to health, and now we're getting somewhere. But as it is, Spectral's a pretty **** item overall.

Edit: Also im pretty sure that this build can be countered by Devourers + Asi combined.
