Hello and welcome to my new Guide here. Items are updated now so rather look above for the detailed information. Here I am going to show you my build on Vamana, note: the defensive build, is not fully tank, it's a build, that gives him just a bit more protection. This guide faces the Killmashine that is hidden inside this little baby.
The thing making Vamana the best God to build agressive, but also able to sustain more then usual AD Gods is his passive, converting 15% of your Physical Protection to Physical Power
Reinforced BootsGives you a little protection and speed. It gives you on the last rank CC-Reduktion.This makes it a valuable starting item.
The best item to get early good Physical Power. You gain all 50 stacks very fast, but only through minion kills(1). With Vamana's decent creepfarmabilitys you can clear an entire creepwave early in the match. This item gives you additional Speed making it a very good item.
Witch StoneThe item you get instead of Heartseeker, if you want a bit more protection and would like to exchange it for Power. Protection, a little Power, Attackspeed and a great passive decreasing the enemys Physical Power and Attackspeed.
Attackspeed, Protection, Health and converting 1% of you max. Health into Physical Power makes it a great item.
Gives you Power, Crit-Damage and Critchance, making it a valuable item for AD-Gods
Attackspeed, Critchance and Physical Power plus a great passive, adding 5% Critchance for every non-crit attack. Combined with Deathbringer it's a great Combo.
Gives you Power, Protection and a passive with Aura-Penetration makes it a great item to complete your build.
(Passive): When Vamana is not in Colossal form, taking damage from gods causes the cooldown to decrease by 1 s. When Vamana is in Colossal form, taking damage from gods increases the duration by .5 s, up to a max of 10 s. Additionally, 15% of Vamana's Physical Protection is converted to Physical Power.
(1): Vamana opens his umbrella in front of him and sprints forward, doing 70/110/150/190/230 (+40% of your physical power) physical damage to all enemies and knocking them into the air. Escape-Skill
(2): Vamana infuses his umbrella with his armor, reinforcing it while he strikes forth, doing 85/140/195/250/305 (+100% of your physical power) physical damage to all enemies in a cone. Great for Creepfarming
(3): Vamana spins an umbrella out infront of him, hitting everyone in its path for 50/85/120/155/190 (+20% of your physical power) physical damage and slowing your enemies attack and movement speeds by 25% for 3s. After reaching its destination, the umbrella returns back to Vamana, hitting everyone in its path again. Great for Chasing and Greepfarm
(Ult): Vamana grows to an enormous giant for 6 or more seconds (depending on Sleeping Giant). While Vamana is enraged, he is immune to ALL CC, gains, 5/10/15/20/25 protections, 35/55/75/95/115 physical power and regens 5% of his max health every second and his basic attacks now damage all nearby enemies. You can right click to deactivate his giant form early. Great for Teamfights and finishing off enemys. Also a good way to escape, but only do it when really necessary.
To conclude, Vamana is my favourit melee AD as he can be a good hybrid between Damage and Tankyness. He has great abilitys to win lanes and is great in Teamfights.
I hope I could give you some ideas or help you to find Vamana as a new God to play.

stable guide, tried out the build and it worked great
used icons and colours
a guide for a god that is played rarely compared to others is always interesting
Cons:
you could use more different colours, but only green and red
In general a good guide
