Xing Tian is currently, and will remain a very good support for a couple of reasons, give me the next 5 minutes of your day to explain why this god should be your next support choice.
Starting off with Xing Tian passive, every enemy god that is hit by an ability grants him up to 3 stacks max, HP5. This lets Xing stick around, and out sustain his enemies all while being hyper aggressive.
Taking a look at Xings kit we have his first ability Furious Roar that does some really nice dot (damage over time) damage that scales off their max health, and while this dot damage is going the gods hit will have their basic attack damage reduced. Xing makes a great choice when you see multiple AA gods on the enemy team. Xings second ability Hook Slam is one of the best root tools in the game. You scoop up, and root the enemies in a cone. This root makes for easy set up from your team as the enemy can not move. As far as how mobile Xing is, his third ability Sky-Cutting Axe is a double jump. you can use this skill for some very high out play protentional, by either jumping some jungle walls, or actually jumping some gods abilities. This is a very good tool for your safety, not to mention if you jump on the enemy for an easy passive proc. Moving on to your final ability your ultimate Whirlwind of Rage and Steel, Xing is referred to as the "washing machine" by many for a reason. His ultimate lets him spin around incredibly fast, and scoop up any enemy nearby, and toss them in whatever direction you would like. Utilizing your full kit, and active usage you can Blink ult a team fight and through all 5 gods against a wall, and then you are able to use your second ability to root them in place, and if they have not died yet you still have your double jump, and your 1 for kill securing.

Sentinel's Embrace - Shoes of Focus - Gauntlet of Thebes - Mantle of Discord - Bancroft's Talon or Soul Gem - Pridwen // Sell boots for Pythagorem's Piece
The issue I have with this build is the early investment of 2900 gold for Mantle of Discord, and all of the Lifesteal items. I can understand kinda going a last item Pythags because of all the lifesteal items its the closest to offering something supportive. However building Bancs, Typhons, Soul Gem, Poly - Whatever lifesteal you are talking about is not great. Im not saying you cant build damage though, I will def add a build to the guide after this comment that has damage, BUT it has to be the right damage.
For example Spear of the Magus This lets everyone do more dmg to the target, but since we are building a damage item, that has no prots, and offers only damage, you have to adjust your build for it. So for this you could go:
Sentinel's Embrace - Reinforced Shoes - Stone of Binding - Gauntlet of Thebes - Spear of the Magus - Pridwen
So the tank boots, and the binding gives you extra protections you'd be missing if you were to only run Shoes of Focus and unstacked Gauntlet of Thebes - Plus it plays to the damage you are looking to run.
You could also work in a Spear of Desolation in place of Spear of the Magus since Deso gives a lot of cd off of your abilities, more so your ult.
