Getting Mercury to Diamond

So I've been debating with myself for quite a while on what god I want to diamond and after a while I said "**** it, let's do Mercury" for the whole day I have been playing nothing but mercury and have barely got him to Mastery 2....
My build has been relatively simple so far
1) Golden Bow
2) Warrior Tabi
3) Deathbringer
4) Malice
5) Asi
6) Titan's Bane
I hope this build is a decent one, if not let me know and give me any tips with Merc.

Once you start getting good with landing ults, you can on one-shot someone by level 10. Land your ult (without too much distance past your target), auto attack twice, and use your 3 into
Use
The hardest parts of Mercury is positioning, landing your 1, and landing your 4. You get pretty consistent with it, and it's easier to read enemy movement after practice since each will hit on a delay.
