Now I mostly play Jungle so what does it do to affect me? Well firstly, why make speed buff something you get off minions near fire giant? I mean I get it, you want Mana buff to be more central and that's fine but in all honesty this is gonna turn into early fire giant fights to see who gets what buff so in all honesty I ain't even going to bother. What I think the new start is gonna be is that you're going to go do the mana buff then move onto those harpies onto the right of solo lane before going to mid camps. I'm assuming the minions are going to spawn around about the same time as fire giant so I say buy boots and ditch the red pot start (Speed>Damage in this case.) Apart from that it's gonna be a bit of a standard thing apart from trying to kill the enemy jungler so you get piece to take those speed buff thingies.
Secondly, I feel sorry for all the hunters who love the atk speed buff and to see it go is making me feel quite meh...I mean for gods like
Rama and 
Artemis It ain't gonna really bother them since they have atk speed steroids aswell but I'd say a decent hunter start now is to get 
Death's Toll into 
Short Bow and rush 
Ichaival before going into your trans or gloves per usual.Thirdly, trinkets (Or runes as some people have been calling them.) are going too replace actives and for me I'm not quite bothered since I tend to hold them back for as long as possible before getting them. They're ment to be in-between tier 2-3 actives so I believe the price of them are gonna be around the 600 mark in gold. As for what actives I think are gonna stay
Purification Beads are going to stay for sure possibly along with 
Greater Aegis or some form of that. I would love to see some form of eye of providence come back since that was great to have as a jungler since it saved you time buying wards every time you backed.But apart from that, I'm alright with the changes so far. One thing I hope they don't do is go too overboard with this and change absolutely everything and hell, maybe even give more gods a touch up with a beautiful re-model.
So that's what I think of Season 3 so far, hope you lasted this long since it's the most I've had to type within a short space of time.

I don't think Hunters will be that affected though but it's possible. Don't forget S1 the purple buff existed as speed buff so they wouldn't use as speed (but yeah then it was blue)

So, you hold off as long as possible to get actives, this might actually have a decent effect on you. Since you automatically get one at the start, it's just up to you to make use of it.
Since I've been waiting for the S3 patch notes (so I can adjust my guides accordingly), I haven't put much thought into how builds are going to change, but that's an interesting thought about hunters without steroids. You might be right there, it will be interesting to see.
