So? BoatMurdered played a lot for months in Ranked, and was insanely good with him. Does that mean Vulcan is fine and doesn't need buffs? No, he's still a very underpowered god, but that doesn't mean you can't be good with him, and Boat did just that: became extremely good with Vulcan.

Same can be said for other UP gods: people just have to be willing to go the extra miles to get really good with them and give them a chance.

Still, there are things that cannot be denied, such as kits. You cannot tell me with a straight face that would be a better pick for your team than or . Assuming skill level is equal, the deciding factor is the kit, and there's a reason why you see a lot of the same gods in Ranked: nobody wants to forfeit a potential kit advantage in the event they're equally matched skill-wise.
