First up, he eats everything. he is not picky about his food whatsoever. He likes to eat turrets, lava, and especially your meatballs. He can easily deny your poke with the heal from [[eat minions]]. And if you are caught off guard for even one second and he has his ultimate, you are dead. [[regurgitate]] is just meant for anti-vulcaning. Want to use [[backfire]] to attack or escape? well F U, because it cripples. Want to use your [[inferno cannon]] to protect you or zone him out? too bad, his autos become cone. Want to throw meatballs at him? good luck, he has 1.5 CC immunity. And 1.5 seconds is not to be mocked of. With his true damage via [[butcher blades]], he can tare you up into every metal you are made of. If he vomits all of your face, the only real ability that becomes viable is [[earthshaker]]. And we all know that you ultimate isn't good at close ranges.[/columns] [center][color=#FFF100][size=4]What Should I Do?[/size][/center][/color] First up, protections are of no use. His true damage can get up to 70 per auto attack when fully maxed. And usually, that happens around level 9. Do not build Physical Protection against him. Now, protections are of no use, but health is. True damage ignores all defenses, but it's still 70 damage. And if you have 2500 health, that's gonna be a problem for him. So, it is highly suggested that you build [[warlock's sash]] + [[ethereal staff]] against him. Also, when he reaches level 5, keep your distance from him. His early game is on M.T Olympus as opposed to you, which is where your magma come from (smartypants, magma is when it's below the ground, lava is when it bursts out of those high-volcanic mountains). You should stay more than a jump away from him since he has [[take down]] and his high movement speed with [[insatiable hunger]]. When you see him jump, firstly, don't panic. It's the worst thing you could do. What you should do, is immediately after you see him jump, throw [[magma bomb]] at the ground target location and use [[backfire]]. For more inexperienced players, just use skip [[magma bomb]] and use [[backfire]]. Also, many actives can be used against him. I mean, of course, he has high mobility and speed, but even he cannot out run someone with [[sprint]]. The stacks are lost when you die. He also got a basic attack chain (with 4 attacks) x1 damage, x1 damage, x1,5 and x2 aoe (area of effect) damage (using abilities resets the chain). [spoiler=My thoughts] [color=#ffffff]For new players I wouldn't recommend thinking to much about it, just stack it up as fast as possible if you die. For me this passive makes it so that I'm able to go [color=#ff8000][[Death's Toll]][/color] instead of [color=#ff8000][[Bumba's Mask]][/color], which gives a lot of damage early and mid game compared to the normal start. It is a bit hard to pull of though and you will need some help from your team (stay in solo lane for a bit and get some life back with the passive and [color=#ff8000][[Death's Toll]][/color] after doing the solo side jungle camps, note that this makes your route predictable). It also makes [color=#008000][[Ne Zha]][/color] able to solo lane (although not as good as some, but actually pretty good if you know what you are doing). When it comes to the swing chain the only thing you can do with it (that is helpful for you) is to use 2-3 attacks before you [color=#ff8000][[Blink]][/color] into a lane when ganking. This will give you a instant x2 damage basic attack, and after that you can follow up with your other abilities. And resetting it to move fasted from camp to camp in the jungle.[/color][/spoiler] [h2][icon=Universe Ring Toss size=20][icon=Universe Ring Toss size=30][icon=Universe Ring Toss size=40][color=#0080ff][b]Universe Ring Toss[/b][/color][icon=Universe Ring Toss size=40][icon=Universe Ring Toss size=30][icon=Universe Ring Toss size=20][/h2] [rule] [rule] You throw a ring in a straight line, the ring will bounce between targets that are close to each other. Enemies that are hit gets slowed and gets a physical protection debuff, enemies take 25% less damage for each time they get hit. [color=#008000][[Ne Zha]][/color] also gets a movement speed buff for each hit. The ring bounces 3 times at rank 1 and 7 times at rank 5 (+ the first hit so 4-8 hits). It has relatively low damage per hit and does only get 20% of your physical power, but it is relatively cheap to cast when it comes to mana and it has a 12 second cooldown. [spoiler=My thoughts] [color=#ffffff]Always max this first because it is great for jungle clearing, ganking and escaping. It gives you a movement speed buff (max 40% increased movement speed) which is great for both chasing and escaping enemies. It also slows the target it hits by 25%, but just for one second, so unless you are getting chased by two enemies the slow wont help you much. And to top it off each hit applies a 3 second 15 physical protection debuff which is great combined with your abilities or just for basic attacks. This ability is extremely useful when you are jungling, when you get it maxed your jungle clear is going to be one of the fastest in the game. When it comes to fighting enemy gods this ability actually makes you stronger 1v2, than you are 1v1. Getting it to bounce between two enemies while you smack them with basic attacks hurts a lot, due to the physical protection debuff and the damage from the ability itselfe.[/color][/spoiler] [h2][icon=Flaming Spear size=20][icon=Flaming Spear size=30][icon=Flaming Spear size=40][color=#0080ff][b]Flaming Spear[/b][/color][icon=Flaming Spear size=40][icon=Flaming Spear size=30][icon=Flaming Spear size=20][/h2] [rule] [rule]This is a steroid that buffs your attack speed and critical hit chance, which makes you do your chain combo much faster so that you get the bonus from your third and fourth attack more often. The duration of the steroid is 4 seconds at rank 1 and 6 seconds at rank 5, the mana cost is pretty low, but the cooldown is 18 seconds. [spoiler=My thoughts] [color=#ffffff]The extra 15% critical hit chance is pretty huge especially combined with your 3rd and 4th attack in the attack chain. When it comes to the attack speed it's not really that important until you get into late game, so it's not really worth the extra mana cost. It has a relatively low base damage, but it gets 100 percent of your physical power. It has a base mana cost of 75 mana and a cooldown of 18 seconds at rank 1 and 14 seconds at rank 5. [spoiler=My thoughts] [color=#ffffff]I usually put a point in this ability at lvl 2 due to its usefulness when ganking and max it after [color=#0080ff][[Universe Ring Toss]][/color]. This ability is important for your skill combo (3-->4), so it is important to be able to hit with it which takes some practice because it has a pretty long animation and travel time. A really important thing to keep in mind is that you are immune to damage while you pull yourself to an enemy, so you can dodge a lot of damage with it and the stun is good vs channeling abilities ([color=#0080ff][[Berserker Barrage]][/color] etc). If you got [color=#ff8000][[Blink]][/color] you can save it for securing kills. It can also be used to set up skillshots for your teammates ([color=#0080ff][[Searing Pain]][/color] etc). You don't get that much more damage from putting points into the ability (you get more from building physical power), but the cooldown gets shorter which is the main reason for maxing it before [color=#0080ff][[Flaming Spear]][/color], that and the fact that the extra attack speed from [color=#0080ff][[Flaming Spear]][/color] isn't really worth the extra mana cost.[/color][/spoiler] [h2][icon=Wind Fire Wheels size=20][icon=Wind Fire Wheels size=30][icon=Wind Fire Wheels size=40][color=#0080ff][b]Wind Fire Wheels[/b][/color][icon=Wind Fire Wheels size=40][icon=Wind Fire Wheels size=30][icon=Wind Fire Wheels size=20][/h2] [rule] [rule]This ability also only works against enemy gods. It is a straight line dash that when you collide with an enemy will throw you and the enemy into the air. While you are up in the air you are going to hit the enemy three times over 4 seconds. The base damage for each hit is pretty low and it doesn't get more than 30 percent of your physical power, but each hit can do a critical hit (so [color=#ff8000][[Deathbringer]][/color] is a must have). After you are done hitting the enemy you throw him back to the ground (Seismic Toss from pok�©mon much?) dealing damage to everyone standing underneath you. This does a bit more damage, but can't apply critical hits. When you get back to the ground you dash back to where you originally dashed from before colliding with an enemy. It has a cooldown of 90 seconds and a mana cost of 80 at rank 1 and 120 at rank 5. [spoiler=My thoughts] [color=#ffffff]Hands down one of the coolest abilities in the game, so I put a point in it whenever I can (not just because it's cool ofc). Your kill-combo will most of the time be [color=#0080ff][[Armillary Sash]][/color]-->basic attack-->[color=#0080ff][[Wind Fire Wheels]][/color] (be aware that the enemy might use [color=#ff8000][[purification beads]][/color] if he/she does do not ult), so the [color=#ff8000][[Deathbringer]][/color] is really important to get as fast as possible and to make use of the ability you have to learn how to get critical hits with every hit from the ability. When it comes to ganking this ability is great, because it gives the lane you are ganking 5 seconds to position themselves and secure the kill if you don't get it (abilities like [color=#0080ff][[Tornadoes]][/color] etc work perfectly with it). You can also use it as an escape tool if you find yourself in a bad position or to save teammates if they are getting cased by someone.[/color][/spoiler] [/center]
